00:19in a bid to block the transfer requested by Ukraine and approved by two lower courts in Sweden.
00:27On Thursday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiya thanked Sweden saying,
00:32quote, This landmark decision sets an important precedent. The Kaffa, which was sailing under a
00:39false Guinean flag, was headed for St. Petersburg when armed Swedish police boarded it early March
00:45off Tkaliber on its southern coast. 10 of the 11 crew on board were Russian nationals.
00:51According to the Estat District Court in Stockholm, authorities had acted on a request for legal
00:58assistance from Ukraine, with Kaffa being the subject of investigation. Analysts believe
01:03Moscow's Shadow Fleet consists of agentships in poor condition, without proper insurance,
01:09insurance, and with opaque ownership which are often used to skirt Western sanctions.
