00:20Police has barricaded the area and they are not allowing Congress leaders to move on the residency route.
00:25Today other parties are also holding protests like National Conference holding protests outside Shere Kashmir Bauer and PDP at this
00:32office in Gandhinagar.
00:34But BJP is celebrating today's day as central laws were extended to Jammu and Kashmir and Article 370 and 35
00:41were abrogated.
00:43But here Congress Party is protesting against downgrading of state into Union Territory.
00:50They are terming it as a black. They are saying that firstly they divided the state into two and Ladakh
00:57was separated and Jammu and Kashmir was separated from Ladakh.
01:01Today they are demanding that the statute should be restored and they are holding the protests.
