00:09Yeah, tough conversations, obviously.
00:12Two people that, you know, we love and think highly of
00:20and think have still have very bright big league careers ahead of them.
00:26So, you know, kind of share some of my experience with them.
00:33You know, I got to the big leagues and had to go back,
00:35and those are humbling, challenging, can be humbling and challenging times,
00:41but they can also be part of helping you become a more refined and better player.
00:46And in both cases, you know, I expect them to both have really strong, long careers,
00:53and this will be part of their story.
00:55And hopefully things that, you know, help them get to another level that we believe they're capable of.
