00:04and a big part of that was down to the way that they got me to see the game
00:08how I fit into that side and the experiences we managed to create on and off the field.
00:17Clearly the last little while is probably what's fresh in everyone's mind
00:20but you're looking at a four year period where we did a lot of amazing things.
00:27So I've throughout that taken a lot from it
00:30and I feel that will be a big part of how I want to approach things moving forward as the
00:35leader of this team.
00:36More than anything it'll be trying to continue a lot of the good stuff that we've done over that period
00:42and not finding ourselves back to where we were before Baz and Ben took over
00:48and sort of evolving and tweaking things to get us to where we want to be
00:53and really competing against the top nations consistently for a long period of time.
