MOM USES STRAW TO RESCUE TODDLER AFTER PAPER TOWEL GETS STUCK IN NOSE

WITH VID

BY LAKSHYARTHA SHARMA

Watch this clip where a quick-thinking mum calmly removes a piece of paper towel stuck inside her two-year-old daughter's nose using nothing more than a drinking straw.

Taylor Trew from Naples, Florida, USA, was driving when her toddler suddenly started crying and rubbing her nose. The little girl admitted she had shoved a piece of paper towel up her nostril, prompting Taylor to spring into action.

Rather than panicking, the experienced mum said she had dealt with similar situations with her other children before. She pulled into a nearby petrol station, grabbed a straw, and carefully used suction to remove the paper towel while her daughters filmed the moment.

Within seconds, the paper towel was safely out, leaving the toddler calm and tear-free before the family continued their journey just minutes later.

One user commented: "Innovative! Great job momma!"

Another added: "We had this happen with one of those hard light bulb candies from a gingerbread house and we used a turkey baster. Worked great, but a straw is even better!"
