04:16Brigade of the Republic of Cuba.
04:17More than 140 Cuban doctors provided support to the CDIs and health centers in La Guayra, as well as at
04:2514 temporary camps, offering medical, forensic, surgical, and psychological care.
04:31The Cuban contingent, which arrived on June 29, included traumatologists, surgeons, neurosurgeons, and anesthesiologists, rescue workers, and free trained dogs.
04:41The mission's objective was to provide humanitarian aid to the civilian population in the most affected areas.

05:29Hello, Luis. How are you? Exactly as you were saying, the inspections are underway.
05:33They continue. They have been underway for weeks now.
05:36We are in Quinta Crespo in the Santa Teresa Parish.
05:39And what you see behind me is a building that has just been inspected. It's just finished.
05:44Actually, maybe if the camera will catch it, you will see the yellow card, the yellow signal that has been
05:53just pasted there.
05:55We were there for the final inspection.
05:58Let's recall yellow means that the structure of the building has not been compromised.
06:03So there's no risk of collapse. There's no imminent risk to those who are inhabiting the building.
06:09But there is need for urgent reforms. That is what the yellow means.
06:14And in this case, for example, in this building that we were just showing, the yellow has to do with
06:20basically the water tank.
06:23You know, that is one of the elements that have suffered the most.
06:26And that the engineers who are carrying out these inspections are mostly witnessing and looking for the water tanks because
06:34they are many of them are on air.
06:37They, of course, have put a lot of weight on the structure and many of them need to be repaired
06:45or reinforced in order for the structure to be safe.
06:48Also, some leakage that the building had not from the earthquake, but before.
06:54But you know that the earthquakes of June 24th did put a lot of stress on the structures.
07:00So some things that needed repaired beforehand now need urgent repair because, for example, the prior leakage that a building
07:08could have and was needed maintenance now are damaging basic structures.
07:14So the engineers are being are reinforcing the need for those things to be urgently repaired.
07:20So if you come with me, because we are following one of the inspection crews that are walking that are
07:27walking in and caring for this parish.
07:30In particular, these are brigades that are composed by the presidential commission that are articulated with the commune spokespersons of
07:42the commune leaders that make up this territory in particular.
07:47We are in the Martin Mosqueda commune and that commune is made up of different communal circuits.
07:53In particular, this communal circuit is the leaders of Quinta Crespo commune.
07:59And what you see now on camera are some of the engineers that are in charge of this brigade who
08:05are talking to those responsible for this business shop in particular.

13:07The case has drawn comparisons with the 2020 killing of George Floyd in the United States.
13:17Justice means that everyone must answer for what they did.
13:21If their hands are stained with Abdel-Rahim's blood, they have to answer for it.
