00:32October 5th, 2025, Paso do Lumiar, Brazil. An Embraer Seneca lost directional control while

01:29the nose. All seven crew members were unhurt. The preliminary report confirms that a failure
01:35prevented the nose gear from extending, but the exact fault remains under investigation.

02:11September 5th, 2025, Guadarranque Reservoir near Castellar de la Frontera, Spain. A BEL 412 was training for a firefighting water
02:20pickup with two crew members aboard. Watch the bucket.
02:24As it entered the water, the helicopter suddenly rolled right and fell into the reservoir, sinking
02:29about 15 meters from shore. Both crew members escaped uninjured. Investigators have not confirmed
02:35the cause. The key detail is the timing. The roll began as the bucket entered the water. During
02:43a low-level water pickup, there is almost no height available to recover from a sudden roll.
02:55September 3rd, 2025. Aragasas, Brazil. An Embraer Seneca diverted there after its left-main
03:02landing gear failed to extend on approach to Canarana. The pilot circled to burn fuel, then
03:08landed on runway 10. As the aircraft slowed, it leaned left, left the paved surface, and stopped
03:15in the grass. All five occupants were unhurt. CENIPA has not published the technical cause of
03:21the failure. The key decision was not to force the first landing. The pilot reduced fuel and
03:27chose an airport with better emergency support.
03:48August 28th, 2025. Alto Alegre, Brazil. A Cessna 182 struck the crane arm of a truck while attempting
03:57to land on a farm beside highway BR-174. The impact tore off a wheel and damaged the fuselage.
04:06The aircraft tried to climb away, but came down in nearby forest and was found abandoned.
04:12No final aviation report has been published. Police found its registration altered with tape,
04:17and only the pilot's seat installed, raising suspicion of support for illegal mining. That link has

04:31it tried to climb away.
04:40July 22nd, 2026. Lake Hood, Anchorage, Alaska. A wheel-equipped Cessna 180 took off for Merrill
04:48Field. Moments later, the pilot reported a loss of engine power. The pilot tried to return,
04:54but the aircraft could not maintain altitude and crash-landed near the airstrip. Both occupants
04:59survived. One was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The exact reason for the power loss is

05:37August 22nd, 2025. Rocinos de la Requejada, Spain. An air tractor fire boss returned from a wildfire mission

05:54landing. The float collapsed on touchdown, but the pilot was unhurt. The cause of the damage still

06:35August 14th, 2025. Battery Beach, Durban, South Africa.
06:41During an air show, an extra 300 began a descending series of left aileron rolls over the ocean. The
06:49preliminary report says the maneuver started at 1700 feet, instead of the planned 2200. After five rolls,
06:58the aircraft leveled off just before hitting the water. The pilot did not survive. The final cause has
07:05not been determined. But one detail stands out. Starting 500 feet lower left, far less room to recover.

07:27August 12th, 2025. Qarbada, Iraq. An Iraqi Army Eurocopter developed a technical problem while supporting
07:36security operations for pilgrims. The crew made a forced landing in a parking lot. The helicopter received
07:43minor damage and struck a parked vehicle, but no one on board or on the ground was injured. Officials have
07:50not identified the exact failure. The key decision was using the nearest open space. In a crowded city,

08:08August 12th, 2025. Lake Geneva, near La Pichette Harbor in Corso, Switzerland. An ICP Savannah S began losing altitude while
08:20returning to Bex.
08:22The pilot headed toward the shore and ditched close to land. When the fixed landing gear touched the water,
08:29the aircraft flipped onto its back and slowly sank. Both occupants escaped with minor injuries
08:35and were rescued by a nearby boat. The reason for the altitude loss has not been confirmed.
08:41The video shows a major ditching risk. Fixed wheels can catch the water like brakes, pitching the aircraft forward almost
08:49instantly.
08:57August 9th, 2025. Arad, Romania. A Zenair Zodiac was approaching Arad Airport when the right side of its canopy suddenly
09:06opened.
09:07Investigators found that the retaining pin had broken away from a defective, corroded weld. The uneven opening disrupted the airflow
09:15and made the aircraft uncontrollable.
09:17It came down in a factory yard, and neither person on board survived.
09:22The aircraft had no secondary canopy latch, despite a manufacturer safety alert. Investigators recommended adding one to this model,
09:30so a single failed pin cannot turn into a complete loss of control.
09:43August 1st, 2025. Merrill Field, Anchorage, Alaska.
09:50A Cessna Grand Caravan approached runway 34 on a steep, straight-in descent, still too fast for the short runway.
09:57It touched down near midfield. Reverse thrust and heavy braking were not enough.
10:03The aircraft broke through the fence, crossed six slings of traffic, and stopped in a field.

10:56During the home-build showcase, a Dyke Delta landed with a variable tailwind and touched down about 2,500 feet
11:02along the runway.
11:04The aircraft bounced, landed hard, and veered left during braking.
11:09The right main gear collapsed, and the nose gear broke away.
11:13The pilot was not injured.
11:16The NTSB found no mechanical failure and blamed the loss of control while landing with a tailwind.
11:22That wind increased the ground speed, so the bounce and hard touchdown left less time to settle the airplane before
11:29braking.

11:37Near Lowell City Airport in Lowell, Michigan.
11:39A van's RV 14A entered a descending turn while approaching the airport.
11:44It struck a storage building less than half a mile from runway 12.

12:21A MAX Holsta MH1521 Broussard lost its left main wheel during takeoff from nearby Brashat Airfield.
