00:00I'll do a deal with you, teach you how to take a really good selfie, and we'll just erase the
00:06rest.
00:10My name's Molly, I'm 27 years old and I'm a curve model.
00:14My name's Will, I'm 30, by day I'm a mortgage broker and by night I'm a stand-up comedian.
00:19We met on an app, literally Will's third message to me was asking me out,
00:24did you have a plan?
00:25I brought a prop with me and she was like what's that?
00:27I was like wow, it's got all my kickboxing gear in it.
00:31Will and I are going to be swapping routines using the new Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch.
00:37More from like a kind of mainly a fitness angle, but also just using our smartwatches to switch things like
00:44our morning routines and our night time routines.
00:47My morning routine would be quick rub down, blow dry myself and then that's it.
00:53Yeah he does.
00:56With a hairdryer.
00:57But it's like a full body blow dry.
01:00Yeah.
01:02I want to see if I can keep up, so it should be interesting.
01:07I'll put my all into it though, I'll try and make you proud.
01:09Glad to hear it.
01:14So it's the morning time and obviously I'm doing Will's routine, so I think I'm going to spend about 15
01:20-20 minutes maybe trying to write some jokes.
01:23Don't know how successful I'm going to be.
01:25This morning I'm doing Molly's morning wake up routine, which is trying on and putting on various different products.
01:33Set my timer for 15 minutes.
01:3615 minutes starting now.
01:38Okay, so before I start, I've got to put on this bunny ears essential enzyme peel.
01:57So I need to keep this on for 5-10 minutes and it's already starting to burn after 30 seconds.
02:02I'm actually so stuck I didn't realise how hard this was.
02:07Stings the eyes.
02:11Alexa, tell me a joke.
02:14So she's thinking.
02:15Have you got any skincare tips?
02:18Oh, I've got one.
02:20Okay.
02:21You know what?
02:23I feel like I'm ready to hit the day.
02:25Oh, time's up.
02:41Let's do this.
02:43Let's do this.
02:43So I've just got to the boxing gym, boxing ring, whatever he calls it, and I have no idea what
02:50I'm doing yet.
02:51Feeling a little bit nervous.
02:52So here we are in Victoria Park.
02:54Probably the perfect spot.
02:56I'm on the bridge by the stream, the ducks are here.
02:59Perfect place in my mind to do yoga.
03:01So I currently got zero cardio and zero peak, obviously.
03:06Well, I haven't done anything today yet.
03:0811-minute fat burn, okay.
03:10Yeah, 11-minute fat burn will just be the walk here.
03:12So at the end of the workout, I'll probably just keep on checking and seeing if we're hitting that or
03:17close to hitting that.
03:19My stats for fitness are a lot more around heart rate and cardio.
03:23Molly's is a lot more about mindfulness and how long you can do stretches.
03:28So I want to feel calm and zen after my workout today.
03:33So I'm just going to set my exercise right now to kickboxing.
03:39Off we go.
03:41Okay.
03:42I want you to, like you say, the floor is bouncy, so I want you to...
03:45Be a bit lighter.
03:47Go!
03:48Come on, quicker, quicker, quicker, quicker.
03:52Kids.
03:55Quicker, quicker, quicker, quicker, quicker.
03:56Come on, relax, relax the shoulders.
03:58Push, push.
04:05Out, water.
04:06Bucket, out the bucket, push.
04:07Push.
04:08I'm in fight burning mode.
04:09Have a quick drink and then we'll go in the room.
04:16Good, again.
04:22Eight.
04:23Nine.
04:24Eight.
04:24Eighteen.
04:24Get the elbows out the pits.
04:26You're not a chicken, are you?
04:28Seven.
04:31I've got to stop.
04:33Yeah, you've got to stop.
04:34This is funny.
04:36One eight six.
04:39Do you ever get up to 200?
04:41Is that bad?
04:42The highest I've done is about 190 or something.
04:45I'm only four off that, so same sort of level now, aren't I?
04:47Yeah, yeah, about the same.
04:49My heart rate has gone up to the fat burn.
04:51It's at 118.
04:52It's dropping.
04:53Oh, nice work.
04:54So we did 102 minutes, 146 was my average.
04:58And seven minutes peak.
05:00I'm so proud of myself.
05:07Can we compare the sleep from like two days ago?
05:10So at the weekend, for example.
05:13It is 20 hours nine here.
05:14I'm trying to read as it's one of Molly's nighttime rituals.
05:19She likes to get into bed early.
05:23What was your sleep like?
05:24I got a good sleep.
05:25I remember that night.
05:26So Saturday 28th.
05:28Oh, no.
05:29Wasn't good for me.
05:29Well, let's compare.
05:31Have a look.
05:32Wait, were you out out that night?
05:35Here we are, Will's nighttime routine.
05:37It's quarter past nine.
05:38I've just checked and I'm tired.
05:41And I'm just having to sit on the sofa in front of the telly and try and fall asleep.
05:47And I'm exhausted.
05:48What's your sleep score?
05:50Sleep score?
05:51I got seven hours and 48 minutes and my sleep score was 85.
05:55Saturday and Sunday was 50.
05:59Poor.
06:02Well, you got through it.
06:03You completed the challenge.
06:04In the lead up to the challenge, we were constantly looking over each other's shoulder,
06:10checking each other's watches anyway.
06:12Yeah.
06:12So I think it will continue.
06:14We're competitive in different ways.
06:16Like your step count might be so much higher than mine at the moment, but our calories are fairly similar.
06:21And I thought what I had to do was more challenging than Will's.
06:25And I thought, well, that's really unfair.
06:27But then actually the point of that is that Will tends to lead a more challenging day, which I think
06:32I didn't really have an appreciation for before.
06:36Being in the ring today, like, it was so hard.
06:41The skincare routine, I would generally find more of a challenge to do than the yoga.
06:46Cleansing, exfoliating, scrubbing.
06:50I don't think I'd be doing it.
06:52But maybe I'll use one product.
06:54Right.
06:55So this has been...
06:57Fun.
06:57I was going to say Will and Molly, but this has been Molly and Will, Will and Molly, doing our
07:05challenge for Fitbit.
07:06Thank you very much.
07:08Okay.
07:10Woo.
07:11Thanks.
