00:06If you don't know, Beauty With Me comes out every Monday at 11 a.m. on this channel.

00:11I tried seven days of makeup trends earlier this year and after reading all of your beautiful

00:17comments, I thought it would be a great idea to try a similar challenge but using only

00:22$25 worth of drugstore makeup.

00:24I hopped over to the store, did a little bit of online shopping, and came up with a bunch

00:30of different makeup products.

00:32It comes out to $24.63, just under $25.

00:37Not gonna lie, it doesn't look like much.

00:40Drugstore makeup can get a little bit pricey and I had to really keep it minimal.

00:44Hopefully, this whole challenge will show you that drugstore makeup can be really glam and

00:48very versatile.

00:49I think we're gonna come up with some pretty cool looks this week.

00:53So, follow along.

00:54So for day one of this challenge, I decided to ease into it with a monochromatic pink

00:59look that matches my hair.

01:01I started off with my base and applied the Wet n' Wild concealer all over my face, under

01:06my eyes, around my nose, and blended that out.

01:09I skipped foundation this entire week, A, to keep my costs down, but also because I do

01:13often use concealer as foundation.

01:15Then I followed up with some of the e.l.f.

01:17HD powder all over my face to set my makeup and then applied some blush, bronzer, and highlighter

01:22from the Rimmel palette.

01:26Then I followed up with some eyeshadow primer before adding a touch of the e.l.f. powder

01:31on my eyelids so that the blush that I'm gonna use as my eyeshadow would apply more evenly.

01:36I didn't have a separate pink eyeshadow in my drugstore arsenal, so I used the blush from

01:42the Rimmel palette, dusted that all over my lid, and then put a little bit of the bronzer

01:46shade in my crease as a transition shadow.

01:50Then to finish off the eyes, I curled my eyelashes and applied a couple layers of the Wet n' Wild

01:57mascara, and added a bit of the pink blush on my lash line for a little bit of extra definition.

02:03And then to finish off the look, I used a little bit of the e.l.f. lipstick, which at

02:06first was a little bit difficult to work with straight out of the bullet, so I used it on

02:10my finger, warmed it up on my fingers, and tapped it into my lips as a stain.

02:18I really like this look.

02:20I think that when I typically do monochromatic pink looks, I like to use eyeshadows that are

02:24a little bit punchier, but I think for a day-to-day look, it was really pretty, I think it

02:28really

02:28complimented my hair, it was a really great daytime look.

02:32For the second day of the challenge, I kept things simple with just some very glowy skin

02:36and a punchy red lip.

02:37For the whole week, I used the same base, but this time I used a little bit of the highlighter

02:41on my eyes just to give my lids a little bit of iridescent, a little bit of bronzer in

02:45my crease, a bit of mascara, then I finished off with a swipe of the Wet n' Wild red lipstick,

02:52which was beautiful and really pigmented, felt really nice.

02:58The look itself is a little bit more on the natural side, but having that punchy red lip

03:02makes it a little bit more bold.

03:05For day three, I decided to go with a little bit of a bronze, smokey eye look using some

03:11of the shadows from my Wet n' Wild palette.

03:13I went in with the ELF eyeshadow primer all over my lid and a little bit on my lower lash

03:17line,

03:18before going with a generous helping of the bronze eyeshadow.

03:21For a little bit of extra definition, I dusted a little bit of the deeper, kind of greenish

03:27shadow in the palette on my upper and lower lash lines using a more dense pencil brush, followed

03:32up with a little bit of mascara, a touch more bronzer, and finally a layer of lipstick.

03:41This was a fun look, I don't typically wear smoky eyes, but I liked it, it was a good daytime

03:46appropriate one.

03:47Definitely didn't veer too far into the smoky territory, so I think that if you want a daytime

03:52appropriate smoky eye that you can deepen up for night time, this was definitely it.

03:55Day four focuses on a very soft ombre lip.

03:59I did a nice crisp cat eye using the Black Radiance liquid liner before moving on to the

04:05main event, which was the ombre lips.

04:07So I decided to do the red lipstick on the outer perimeter of my lips and then the pink

04:13lipstick in the center, kind of diffusing it out to make it look like it all blended together.

04:22I do think that this look would have been a little bit more long wearing if I had to use

04:27liquid lipsticks rather than these satin finish lipsticks that I had, just because as I wore

04:31the lipsticks, I did find that the colors started to melt together and ended up just

04:36kind of looking like a mixture of red and pink.

04:38You know, it didn't look bad, but it did lose its ombre quality throughout the day.

04:42Day five was probably my favorite look, a graphic wing that I created using the Wet n' Wild

04:48palette.

04:48But I wanted to get more pigment out of this deeper kind of teal shade, so I decided to

04:54mix it with some water to create a paste-like consistency.

04:57I used an angled brush to take that, apply it to my lid, winging it out slightly, and

05:02then bringing it into my crease before filling it in.

05:04This was actually a lot easier than it looks because it's really only one shade, and the

05:11most important part is making sure your lines are really crisp.

05:14Then I followed up with some mascara, some of the pink lipstick, and that was it.

05:24I got the most compliments on this look out of all of the looks this week, just because

05:29I think it's so fun and different, it's very crisp.

05:33And honestly, I was surprised that I was able to get that much pigment and maneuverability

05:39out of a drugstore eyeshadow that was like $3.

05:42So day six was kind of a version of day one, but I decided to swap out the lipstick and

05:50do a little bit of red instead.

05:52This is actually inspired by, well, loosely inspired by a look that Lily Collins wore to

05:58the Golden Globes.

05:59So I started off with the same base as usual, then I wet my eyeshadow brush and applied the

06:04same Rimmel blush as my eyeshadow.

06:06I applied a little bit of the Black Radiant eyeliner, curled my eyelashes, slapped on some

06:11mascara, and put on my red lipstick.

06:18I love this look.

06:20I wear pink eyeshadow and red lipstick a lot.

06:22Again, I would have liked it if the blush was a touch more pigmented, but I do really

06:28like this color.

06:29All in all, I think the look came out really well.

06:31The seventh and final day of my seven days of drugstore makeup challenge really only

06:36required one hero product.

06:38So this look is all about the eyes, inspired in part by dotted liner and by a floating

06:45crease, which is essentially a more modern fresh take on a traditional 60s cut crease.

06:50A makeup artist on Instagram, her name is Anna Karen Helborg.

06:53She does a dotted liner look really similar to this one.

06:56So what I did was I took the eyeliner and used a different brush.

07:00I used my BH Cosmetics No. 10 Eyeliner Brush, dipped into the product, and created little

07:06dots along the crease of my eye.

07:09Not gonna lie, I struggled with this one.

07:12I do this look a lot, but I actually have an eyeliner that has an applicator with a rounded

07:17edge, so it makes it super easy to make circular dots.

07:21Doing this with a brush was a little bit more challenging, but after a few tries, I definitely

07:24got it to work.

07:25After dotting the liner on my crease on both eyes, followed up with some mascara and some

07:30lipstick as per usual, and it went on my way.

07:38I absolutely love this look.

07:40I think this look and the graphic wing were definitely my favorites.

07:43I love experimenting with makeup in that way, and honestly, they don't really require that

07:48much product.

07:49And if you have the patience to pull it off, you can do it.

07:53Hi guys!

07:53So it has been seven days since I have been using only this makeup.

07:59Although I liked a lot of the products, it was so limiting not being able to reach for

08:05the glitter in my drawer or reach for a different color eyeliner.

08:08It did really challenge me to do different things with this makeup, and I was actually really

08:13surprised by how nice the looks came out, if I do say so myself.

08:18I hope that you guys liked them too.

08:22So I think the first hero product here was definitely the concealer.

08:27This Wet n Wild Concealer Corrector is so good.

08:31It is so beautiful.

08:33It doesn't have the best shade range, which isn't great, but if you do have a shade in this

08:38lineup, I would definitely try checking it out.

08:42And I just used this all over my face the entire week, and I really enjoyed it.

08:46I also really loved the Rimmel Contour Blush and Highlight.

08:50The blush is beautiful.

08:51The contour is not too warm.

08:53It's not too cool.

08:53You can contour and bronze with it.

08:55The one pitfall I will say with this is the highlighter is very sheer, but overall it

09:00was lovely.

09:01Pretty on the eyes too.

09:02Eyeshadow palette was really lovely too.

09:04The things that didn't really work, I will say that the Wet n Wild Mega Length Waterproof

09:10mascara, if you want something very natural, go for it.

09:13But for me, I need something with more volume.

09:15This lipstick though, I think that I didn't choose the right color.

09:18This is the ELF lipstick in Classy.

09:22It was too frosty pale pink.

09:25In my opinion, it didn't look amazing on me, but I was able to make it work.

09:29It did kind of accentuate dryness on my lips, but I will say that if you tap it on with

09:33a finger, it worked a lot better.

09:35The powder, I used the ELF under eye setting powder as my all over face powder, and I think

09:40that it has a beautiful brightening smoothing effect, but it doesn't control oil as much

09:44as I would have wanted it to.

09:46So if you have slightly drier skin, but you just want to set your under eye area, you want

09:50to set a little bit of your face, I think you'll probably like this.

09:52Last but not least of the things that I want to mention today, the Black Radiance Liquid Liner

09:57is really lovely, I'm not a huge fan of the brush, I find it a little bit too flexible.

10:01I like to apply it with my own brush, it's a little bit easier to work with.

10:04BH Cosmetics is the number 10 eyeliner brush.

10:06The actual pigment of this eyeliner though is beautiful, it's really easy to work with,

10:10it lasts a long time.

10:11So that is it!

10:12I hope that this showed you that you can spend $25 and get all of this makeup, and you can

10:18do a lot of different looks if you're creative with it.
