00:14I think that that's wrong. The first thing is, is this a really conservative court?
00:20The answer is yes. The second question is, is this a court that does whatever the current
00:28administration wants? The answer is no. So starting with tariffs, you know, tariffs is probably the key
00:38policy issue for this president. I mean, something he campaigned on, he ran on, he cared an enormous
00:45amount about. I don't think that there are all that many decisions in recent times where a court
00:54strikes down such an important policy to a sitting president. You take all of those,
01:03and I don't see this as a court that is just like, you know, we're just going to rubber stamp
01:10what the
01:10current administration does. You know, quite the opposite. I actually think that there are
01:16significant times with respect to very significant issues where the court has checked the executive
01:21branch.
