00:00It's no wonder the internet loves dense bean salads. They're quick, bright, and colorful,
00:04and you can mix and match all your favorite ingredients and flavors. For this version,
00:07we're going all in on comprese. Olive oil, balsamic glaze for sweetness, red wine vinegar,
00:12salt, and pepper. And that's it. For the salad, chickpeas add texture, cannellini beans make it
00:17creamy and hearty, and of course, it wouldn't be comprese without tomatoes, mozzarella pearls,
00:22and fresh torn basil. Toss everything together in your dressing, and that's it. It's all in one
00:26bowl. You can eat it right away, but I highly recommend letting the salad sit for a few
00:30minutes so that vinaigrette soaks in and all the flavors melt together. Next time, I'm making a
00:35big old batch of this.
