Thomas Massie BREAKS Pam Bondi Over HIDING Trump Friends And Revealing Epstein Victim Names

A fiery House Judiciary Committee hearing erupted as Attorney General Pam Bondi and Representative Thomas Massie sparred over the Department of Justice's handling of Jeffrey Epstein-related files.

Massie questioned why certain names were initially redacted while victim information was mistakenly released, accusing the DOJ of a long-running cover-up. Bondi defended the department's actions, saying corrections were made quickly, and counterattacked by criticizing Massie personally during the heated exchange.

The hearing also featured sharp disagreements over accountability, transparency, and whether the DOJ owes an apology to Epstein's victims.

Watch the full breakdown of the explosive confrontation, the controversy over the Epstein files, the DOJ's response, and what the clash could mean for ongoing public scrutiny of the case.

00:00So, I have several questions for you.
00:03Whose response, are you able to track who in your organization made this massive failure and released the victim's names?
00:10Are you able to track who it was that obscured Les Wexner's name as a co-conspirator in an FBI
00:18document?
00:20Do you have that kind of accountability?
00:23I believe Wexner's name was listed more than 4,000 times.
00:28Yeah, I already told you that. This is where he's listed as a co-conspirator.
00:32Can I finish my answer? Come on. Let me finish my answer.
00:36Behind me, I have three documents from the DOJ production that are emblematic of the massive failure of the DOJ
00:43to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
00:46To my right is an email that was sent by the victim's lawyers to the DOJ.
00:51It was a list of names not to redact.
00:55Sorry, a list of names not to release.
00:57What did the DOJ do with this email?
00:59They released this email in the document production.
01:04Literally, the worst thing you could do to the survivors, you did.
01:09And they're getting phone calls.
01:10A lot of these people didn't want to be known.
01:13And we know you touched the document because you redacted one name.
01:17And you redacted the lawyer's name, but you left the survivor's name there.
01:20The next document I want to show you, and that was in the title, the victim's survivors' names, right?
01:28The title of this one is Child Sex Trafficking.
01:32Co-conspirators.
01:33Fully redacted.
01:36And by the way, I'm going to unredact them here.
01:41Les Wexner is in this.
01:44Now, your assistant, your deputy attorney general said, oh, well, he appears hundreds of times in the files.
01:51But he doesn't appear in this file until I forced you to release it, where he's listed as a co
01:58-conspirator, not to tax evasion, but to child sex trafficking, not to prostitution, not to money laundering, child sex trafficking.
02:10And then finally, what we have here, the third exhibit that I have is emblematic of the FD-302 release.
02:19These are the documents that we need that you're holding on to and over-redacting because they have the names
02:27of the men who are implicated.
02:29How do we know?
02:31Because the survivors gave testimony to the FBI, and it's in there.
02:37And what happens when you go to the portal at the DOJ to look at what's behind this redaction?
02:43Another redaction.
02:44So we can't even see them.
02:46And then there's some of these files you've pulled down from the website that we will never see because we
02:54can't search the redactions.
02:56So I have several questions for you.
02:59Who's responsible?
03:00Are you able to track who in your organization made this massive failure and released the victims' names?
03:06Are you able to track who it was that obscured Les Wexner's name as a co-conspirator in an FBI
03:15document?
03:16Do you have that kind of accountability?
03:19I believe Wexner's name was listed more than 4,000 times.
03:25Yeah, I already told you that.
03:27This is where he's listed as a co-conspirator.
03:29Can I finish my answer?
03:30Come on.
03:31Let me finish my answer.
03:33We corrected that within 40 minutes.
03:36He was already...
03:37You're acting like everybody's trying to cover up Wexner's name.
03:40Reclaiming my time.
03:41I'm going to answer this question.
03:42Reclaiming my time.
03:43It's Mr. Chairman.
03:44This isn't how this works.
03:45Can I have my time?
03:46He was...
03:46Mr. Chairman.
03:48The gentlelady can give her answer.
03:50The time belongs to the gentleman from...
03:51All right.
03:52I'm reclaiming my time.
03:53Can I give my answer?
03:53So, I'm going to put the language of the bill up on the screen.
03:58Chairman, may I give my answer on that?
04:00It's a political joke, and I need to give my answer on that.
04:04We'll let the attorney general respond, and then the gentleman can move to his next question.
04:07Within 40 minutes, you asked me a question.
04:10Within 40 minutes, Wexner's name was added back...
04:14Within 40 minutes of me catching you red-handed.
04:17Red-handed.
04:18There was one redaction out of over 4,700, and we invited you in.
04:25This guy has Trump derangement syndrome.
04:28He needs to get...
04:28You're a failed politician.
04:30You need to...
04:31I want you to watch the video.
04:32Chairman, please restore his time and remind the witness of the rules here.
04:35There is no credible information.
04:37None.
04:38If there were, I would bring the case yesterday that he trafficked to other individuals.
04:44Is that your position as well?
04:48My position is any victim who comes forward, of course, we would love to hear from them.
04:551-800-CALL-FBI.
04:58Did you ask Merrick Garland that the last four years?
05:02Did you talk about Epstein at all the last four years?
05:03I am reclaiming my time.
05:05I'm glad you're asking about Merrick Garland.
05:07You don't get a reclaim time when you don't quit when you can't eat when I don't answer
05:10a question the way you want.
05:11This goes over four administrations.
05:13You don't have to go back to Biden.
05:15Let's go back to Obama.
05:16Let's go back to George Bush.
05:18This cover-up spans decades, and you are responsible for this portion of it.
05:23Now, I want to know, at what point did the FBI and the DOJ decide that Lex Wessner was not
05:32a co-conspirator?
05:33Because our Epstein Files Transparency Act requires you, please put it back on the screen, to release
05:41the internal decision about whether to prosecute him or not, and it's not in the files, and
05:46it's not in the files for any of these other men.
05:49The time of the gentleman has expired.
05:51Which, may she answer?
05:52And he's a hypocrite because he voted against the ban that we were talking about on deep
05:58fake AI porn.
06:00Only two people voted against it, and you were one of them, hypocrite.
06:04The gentleman's time has expired.
06:08We are joined in this room by some of the thousands of survivors from Jeffrey Epstein's
06:14horrific sex trafficking ring.
06:16They have shown such incredible courage in speaking out, in demanding accountability to
06:23bring the predators and pedophiles to justice.
06:27The Epstein Files Transparency Act required your Department of Justice to disclose the perpetrators
06:33connected with Epstein's criminal activities and to redact the information of survivors to
06:39protect their identities.
06:41Let me show you what actually happened.
06:44First, in violation of the law, your department has shown a pattern of redacting the names of
06:51powerful predators.
06:53Here, behind me, is one example of an email from Epstein to a man whose name was redacted.
07:00The email reads, quote, where are you?
07:04Are you okay?
07:06I loved the torture video.
07:09Only after members of Congress demanded that we see the unredacted files did the world learn
07:16the name of this individual, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayam, the chairman and CEO of a company that
07:24had financial ties to President Trump's business and personal ties to Trump's advisor, Steve
07:30Bannon.
07:31Second, the survivors were not similarly protected, also in violation of the law.
07:38Here is another email titled Epstein Victim List.
07:43We have blurred the names of the survivors for their protection, but your Department of
07:47Justice initially released this list of 32 survivors' names with only one name redacted, along with
07:57numerous files that disclosed not only the names, the emails, and the addresses of survivors,
08:03but also nude photographs and even the identities of Jane Doe's, who had been protected for decades
08:11until your department released their names.
08:14Survivors are now telling us that their families are finding out for the first time that they
08:20were trafficked by Epstein.
08:22In their words, quote, this release does not provide closure.
08:26It feels like a deliberate attempt to intimidate survivors, punish those who came forward, and
08:33reinforce the same culture of secrecy that allowed Epstein's crimes to continue for decades.
08:40To the survivors in the room, if you are willing, please stand.
08:50And if you are willing, please raise your hands if you have still not been able to meet with
08:57this Department of Justice.
09:02Please know, for the record, that every single survivor has raised their hand.
09:07Attorney General Bondi, you apologize to the survivors in your opening statement for what they
09:15went through at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein.
09:18Will you turn to them now and apologize for what your Department of Justice has put them through
09:26with the absolutely unacceptable release of the Epstein files and their information?
09:42Congresswoman, you sat before Merrick Garland sat in this chair twice.
09:48Attorney General Bondi, I'm going to reclaim my time because I asked you a specific question
09:56that I would like you to answer, which is, will you turn to the survivors?
10:02This is not about anybody that came before you.
10:05It is about you taking responsibility for your Department of Justice and the harm that it
10:12has done to the survivors who are standing right behind you and are waiting for you to
10:18turn to them and apologize for what your Department of Justice has done.
10:23Members get to ask the questions.
10:24The witness gets to answer in the way they want to answer.
10:27The Attorney General can respond.
10:28That's not accurate, Mr. Chairman.
10:29Because she doesn't like the answer.
10:31It is my time.
10:31So, Mr. Chairman, I have asked a question.
10:35Why didn't she ask Merrick Garland this twice when he sat in my chair?
10:40I am reclaiming my time, and when I reclaim my time, it is my time.
10:43I'm not going to get in the gutter for her theatrics.
10:46The time belongs to the gentlelady.
10:48The gentlelady has 17 seconds.
10:54What a massive cover-up this has been and continues to be.
11:15Donald Trump made the release of the Epstein files the center of his political campaign
11:19because he thought it would benefit him.
11:21Then you got into office, Attorney General, claimed to have a client list.
11:25Regular order.
11:25Only did them say that there was no list.
11:28Your deputy, Todd Blanche, met alone with Elaine Maxwell and transferred her to a minimum security prison.
11:37And now you continue the cover-up, and I wish that you would turn around to the survivors
11:43who are standing right behind you and on a human level.
11:46The chairman now recognizes the general professional.
11:49I'm what you have done.
11:50The time of the gentlelady has expired.
11:52I yield back.
11:52The gentlelady has expired.
11:53You have no time to yield back.
11:54We appreciate that.
11:55We appreciate the thought.
11:56I want to discuss another man, Donald Trump, who is all over the Epstein files.
12:01Like former president.
12:03Here's a video.
12:17Like former Prince Andrew, Donald Trump attended various parties with Jeffrey Epstein.
12:24I want to know, were there any underage girls at that party or at any party that Trump attended with
12:32Jeffrey Epstein?
12:39This is so ridiculous, and that they are trying to deflect from all the great things Donald Trump has done.
12:48There is no evidence that Donald Trump has committed a crime.
12:51Everyone knows that.
12:53This has been the most transparent presidency.
12:55He's the one that asked that those files be released.
12:58I reclaimed my time.
12:59I got your answer.
13:00You said there's no evidence.
13:01Mr. Trump asked the clock to sign the legislation.
13:05This is ridiculous.
13:07Time belongs to the gentleman from California.
13:09Okay.
13:10I'm going to put up another document from a witness who called the FBI's National Threat Operations Center,
13:17because I believe you just lied under oath.
13:20There is ample evidence in the Epstein file.
13:23Don't you ever accuse me of a crime.
13:25I believe you just lied under oath, and this is all on videotape.
13:28You said there's no evidence of a crime.
13:30I'm showing you.
13:31Here is a witness statement who called into the FBI's Threat Operations Center.
13:37He drove Donald Trump around in a limo.
13:39He overheard what Donald Trump said to Jeffrey on his cell phone.
13:42He was so angry he was going to stop the limo and hurt Donald Trump.
13:46And he met a girl who said she was raped by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
13:51She later had her head blown off, and the officers at the scene said that could not have been suicide.
13:57No one, no one at the Department of Justice interviewed this witness.
14:04You need to interview this witness immediately.
14:09Epstein should rot in hell.
14:10So should the men who patronized his operation.
14:14And as we say here today, there are over 1,000 sex trafficking victims, and you have not held a
14:20single man accountable.
14:22Shame on you.
14:23If you had any decency, you would resign right after this hearing concludes.
14:27The gentleman has expired.
14:30May I respond?
14:31Yeah, I don't know how you respond.
14:32No one can respond.
14:33I did not ask a question.
14:34He doesn't want to talk about the human rights of a crime in California.
14:37He does not want to talk about the crime in his state.
14:41I did not ask a question.
14:43I did not ask a question.
14:44The video will be...
