00:13plan for around 20,000 new homes between 2027 and 2042 under government requirements. One
00:21previously proposed Greenbelt allocation at Blackcock Farm has been removed, while four
00:27former Greenbelt sites reclassified as Greybelt have been added. If Cabinet
00:32agrees the plan, another six-week consultation will begin before final
00:36submission to the Secretary of State by the end of December next year, with
00:40officers aiming to reduce planning appeal risks.
