00:15of views so on August 23rd 2018 18 year old Trevor Heitman known to his nearly 750,000
00:23YouTube subscribers as McSkillett was driving his black McLaren 650s sports car on interstate 805
00:29in San Diego earlier that day he had driven through the gate of a local elementary school
00:34and smashed a window on the building now just after 4 30 p.m. he was in the southbound lanes
00:51of the highway but he was traveling north directly into oncoming traffic at speeds exceeding 100 miles
00:57per hour in the northbound lanes a 43 year old woman was driving her SUV with her 12 year old
01:03daughter in the passenger seat without warning Heitman's McLaren appeared in their lane a black
01:09blur moving at an impossible speed the head-on collision was instantaneous and catastrophic
01:14the medical examiner police and crash reconstruction teams confirmed that Heitman never braked or swerved
01:21before the collision the force of the impact obliterated both vehicles the SUV burst into flames it
01:30appears he was struggling with depression when he calls this tragic crash Heitman the mother and her
01:35daughter were all killed instantly the crash caused a multi-car pileup injuring several other drivers
01:43officially the crash was ruled accidental due to insufficient evidence of premeditated intent
01:48Heitman who had built a following through the video game counter-strike global offensive and
01:53the trading of virtual skins had been experiencing mental health struggles in the months before his

03:28carrying a GPS device Thompson failed to return from his flight and his family reported him missing a search
03:35which was launched the next day police investigators reviewing onboard footage and data believe a rapid change in
03:41updraft collapsed Thompson's parachute mid flight he attempted to deploy his reserve chute but was at an altitude of
03:48approximately 100 feet too low for it to be effective the parachute did not have enough time to fully open
03:55before he hit the
03:55ground Thompson died on impact from blunt force trauma he crashed in a remote rugged area and his body was

04:03following day using the coordinates transmitted by his GPS device on November 26th 2021 Tor Ekhoff a 57 year old
04:15Norwegian youtuber known to his 1.4 million subscribers as Apator drove to Jakobsdam a lake near Kongsberg Norway
04:24Ekhoff was a factory worker who had built a following by filming himself in ice and snow often drinking vodka
04:31while
04:31ice skating or swimming in freezing water on this day he was planning to film himself ice skating on
04:37the frozen lake he sent a message to his partner Tov Skervin when he arrived along with pictures of
04:43himself and the water good conditions he wrote Ekhoff stepped onto the ice and began skating at some point
04:50the ice gave way beneath him he fell through into the freezing water below he did not get back out
04:56firefighters were called to the scene and divers were sent into the water to retrieve him he was pulled
05:02from the lake and transported by air ambulance to a hospital in Oslo medical staff attempted to revive
05:08him but he had been underwater for too long his body had shut down on the night of November 27th
05:14Skervin and her son were with Ekhoff when the doctors turned off the machines that had been keeping
05:19his body functioning he was pronounced dead five days before his death Ekhoff had posted a video
05:25titled I am not dead I am 57 today celebrating his birthday on the evening of February 5th 2021
05:36Timothy Wilkes a 20-year-old youtuber and a friend arrived at the urban air trampoline and adventure
05:42park in Nashville Tennessee the park which describes itself as kid-friendly and family fun was still
05:50open and several families were inside Wilkes and his friend were there to film a prank robbery video
05:56for YouTube they were carrying large butcher knives at approximately 9 20 p.m. Wilkes and his friend
06:02approached a group of people in the parking lot outside the park they were holding the knives in a
06:07threatening manner simulating a robbery one of the people in the group was a 23 year old man who had
06:13no idea it was a prank he believed he was being attacked he pulled out a gun and fired Wilkes
06:19was
06:19shot he collapsed in the parking lot emergency responders arrived but Wilkes died from his injuries
06:25the 23 year old shooter told police he had been acting in self-defense believing his life was in danger
06:32Wilkes his friend confirmed to officers that the entire incident had been staged for a
06:37YouTube video no arrests were made on August 7th 2025 Stacy Torout and Matthew Yeomans the couple
06:48behind the YouTube channel Toyota world runners were off-roading in a remote area of the West Kootenay
06:54region in British Columbia the pair had over 200,000 subscribers and documented their off-roading
07:01adventures across the Americas on this day they were on a backcountry trail with rough terrain the
07:08vehicle hit a patch of road that had no forest on the side only a steep boulder field the vehicle
07:15lost
07:15control it went off the side of the road and began to fall the vehicle rolled down the steep boulder
07:21field flipping many many times as it plunged approximately 200 meters roughly 656 feet down the mountainside
07:30Yeomans was ejected from the vehicle during the fall Torout remained inside until the vehicle came
07:35to a stop at the bottom when Caslow search and rescue arrived at the scene they found Yeomans body with

07:42vital signs Torout was still conscious but had suffered a severe head injury she did not realize how badly she
07:50was injured she was lifted from the scene by helicopter and transferred to an ambulance which took her to a
07:55local hospital she died that night Yeomans was pronounced dead at the scene on July 28th 2021 Albert
