00:44But he has a tendency not to carry those out.
00:49And I mean, targeting civilian infrastructure is a very different ballgame to targeting military infrastructure.
00:55What he's done today is he's targeted cruise missile sites.
00:59He, a few days ago, was on the outskirts of Boucher's nuclear plant.
01:04So he's very much targeting Iran's military and potentially nuclear capability.
01:10He's sending a signal on that front.
01:14It's a very different ballgame.
01:15And if he does do that, if he does end up targeting water plants, bridges and the likes, we are
01:22really in a different place.
01:24Altogether, a far worse place than we have been since the MOU has been signed.
