00:00Thanks, Sabir. So, as you mentioned on the intro, Ethiopia is going through a system.
00:05You can deep division among Ethiopians, between the political parties, civil societies, and among the nations.
00:11So, that's one of the reasons the country needed the national dialogue.
00:14The second one is there is a tension or ethnic tension and conflicts all over the country.
00:21You can, in the northern part of the country or in Amhara, in Oromia.
00:26So, there are different conflicts across the country.
00:30That's also the other reason for the national dialogue.
00:34And also, there is a disagreement over the constitution where the country should, how the country should be led.
00:39So, there's a difference among Ethiopians and political parties on that as well.
00:43And also, there is a trust issue between regional governments and regional, with the federal government and among the people.
00:51So, those are the reasons why the country is needed the national dialogue with the aim of addressing all these
00:55challenges.
00:58And so, Fisika, those are the issues that have been identified as priorities.
01:02So, what is expected or what are the expected outcomes of this national dialogue?
01:11So, the first thing is reaching on or generating a national consensus among these differences.
01:17And also, we expect or the expected outcome is to have a change in the government structure.
01:25And also, we're hearing the prime minister saying several times that the outcome will lead the government to change or
01:34to limit the government term, mainly the prime minister or the president's term.
01:38That means, to the second, to only two terms, that means the first time we'll be seeing the government term
01:46is limited by the constitution.
01:48Yeah.
