00:54Because the lawyer for two of the detainees has been given written statements from his clients that present a totally

01:09They suggest that there was never an agent in front of the van.
01:15So if there's no one in front of the van, then how can you run them down?
01:19And there's some concern about how it happened.
01:23So I think that facts will be developing day by day.
01:28As I mentioned, I'm working with the office.
01:30I have other people that I've reached out as well.
01:33After speaking with these men, I have no doubt that what they're saying is the truth.
01:39I know that these agents, the agency is going to try to cover it up.
01:43This is not the first time that it happens.
01:45This has become a pattern where ICE agents claim that they used their vehicle as a deadly weapon,
01:51that they tried to run over the agents, and the agent shot in self-defense.
01:56But all three of my clients reiterated that at no point was there ever an agent standing in front of
02:03the vehicle,
02:03nor was an agent ever placed in the line of danger.
02:08That is simply false.
02:09And I believe my clients are telling the truth.
02:17I am imploring the community, anyone that was there that day,
02:24anyone that has a snippet of footage from a camera,
02:29regardless of whether or not you think that it's even relevant, send it to us.
02:36Things that you may not think are important could be the pivotal piece of information for us to finally figure
