00:56What is the hardest aspect of your job
00:58as a stylist to the stars?
01:00I always say that it's relatively easy
01:02to become successful, right?
01:04I think if you work hard, you treat people right,
01:08you do all the things that your parents taught you,
01:10I think the hard part about it is remaining successful.
01:14Like, it's easy to get there,
01:15but how do you stay there?
01:16And to remain relevant and all these things
01:20is what the real challenge is.
01:22Which celeb needs the La Roche approach?
01:26Don't force me to have more work.
01:28You should have to send me an email.
01:30I really believe that the universe puts people in my life
01:33and vice versa exactly at the moment where it's supposed to be.
01:36So I've never had a wish list of people that I wanted to dress.
01:40The only person that I would have loved to dress
01:41that is no longer with us is Prince.

01:47We have some summer interns with us today,
01:50and interns are the backbone of the fashion industry.
01:53So give us your best intern advice,
01:55your do's and your don'ts.
01:57Find people that inspire you,
02:00that you want to model,
02:02somewhat model your career after,
02:04and work hard and learn every single thing
02:07that you can learn about the industry
02:09or the job that you want to have.
02:11My number one don't is do not put your phone
02:14on Do Not Disturb at 5 p.m.
02:16I hate that.
02:18The job begins when it begins,
02:20and it's over when it's over,
02:21and you should be willing to give 175%
02:25if this is something that you're truly passionate about.
