00:00Someone's going to have to carve the turkey in your house.
00:02I'm going to show you step-by-step an easy way to carve a turkey.
00:06Remove all the ties.
00:08We don't want our guests getting any string.
00:11I take my knife and I go right down alongside of the leg, right at the joint.
00:16Because there are people in my family that love the entire drumstick.
00:20Take the stuffing from the neck cavity with the tip of my knife.
00:24Take this part right off.
00:26The whole neck cavity will just come nicely from the bird.
00:30And now I'm going to start with the breast meat.
00:32I think it's nice when every piece of breast meat has a little bit of the skin with it.
00:37It's time to take off some of the dark meat.
00:41This is the thigh.
00:42And now once you have enough of the dark meat, then it's time to also disengage the wing.
00:47And they're crispy and beautiful.
00:49And that can be placed right here.
00:52And don't forget to garnish your platter.
00:54Ready for the table.
00:55Happy Thanksgiving.
