01:20So, our experience with Victor Hugo Cardinali has just been incredibly positive.
01:25I think as soon as we came to that agreement,
01:28we were both just so focused on Julie's welfare
01:30and trying to get the best outcome for her.
01:33So, I just think it's a really good foundation to set to show
01:36this is how we're going to work going forward.
01:38For now, Julie is the only resident of the santuario
01:41who still hasn't opened its doors to the public.
