00:00We've got to do welfare reform. I represent a seat where there's a significant number of people who are in
00:06a series of different kind of sickness benefits who would love to be able to get into work.
00:11So we need reform of the work system. We need reform so that young people have an opportunity to get
00:16into the work system and to work in the first place.
00:19Of course we need reform and I'm absolutely certain that Andy will be able to achieve that.
00:23You know somebody when I first entered my job as Trade Minister and the Saudi Commerce Minister said to me
00:30likeability is bankability and that's precisely what Andy's got.
00:34A big dose of likeability I think he'll be able to bank.
