00:00Who's city? Who's city? Who's city? Who's city? Who's city? This is unacceptable. Okay? We've got
00:08enough skilled workers in our union. We've got enough contractors that this would have never
00:14happened in New York City if they had done the right thing. This would have never ever happened.
00:18And the right thing is hire certified, qualified people, union level. That is the right thing to
00:25do. This developer is not doing the right thing. And it's endangering New Yorkers.
00:30New Yorkers' lives are at risk. Union labor brings quality and safety to a project like this.
00:37This is a disgrace. And as a matter of fact, before they do work like this, I would suggest
00:43that this developer and other developers contact the Building Trades, find out, talk to us,
00:49how can we work together to make this city stronger, safer, and better?
00:55What do we want? Safety! What do we want? Safety! When do we want it? Now!
