00:00Okay, good afternoon everyone and welcome to the press conference presentation of Ruben Amarim.
00:05Now before starting with questions, the floor goes to Jerry Cardinale for the initial introduction. Thank you.
00:12Well, good afternoon everybody and thank you guys for being here.
00:16I think as you know, this is a very important day for AC Milan
00:21and I'm thrilled to welcome Ruben Amarim to Casa Milan as our new head coach.
00:27You know, when I set everything in motion that you've seen over the last month or so,
00:34the day after our season ended, it was really with a view towards re-looking at our football organization
00:42and for the first time in my ownership, my jumping in to be a much more hands-on owner.
00:53And the first thing I decided to do was to really look at the coaching position.
01:02You know, when I look at football organizations, and ours especially,
01:07you know, the relationship between the coach, ownership, and management is absolutely critical.
01:14Now, in normal circumstances, you know, a lot of times, you know, you go for a head of football,
01:21sporting director, and then a coach.
01:25We had, we've packed probably six months worth of meetings and work into a month.
01:31And my conclusion in meeting with a number of tremendously capable people across the football ecosystem
01:38was that the starting point for us in our rebuild is going to be the relationship
01:43between ownership, management, and the head coach.
01:47Now, very important to this whole process is what are we trying to accomplish?
01:55And fundamentally, it's to bring AC Milan back to its heritage.
02:00It is very important to us, it's very important to the players, and it's very important to the fans
02:06that we bring this winning mentality back to AC Milan.
02:09We are going to play to win.
02:11Okay, we're not going to play not to lose.
02:13We're going to play to win.
02:15We're going to play to win, which means we're going to look at a football style that meets that objective.
02:20And that is a high press, high possession, attacking style of football.
02:25It'll be an exciting football.
02:27It'll be fun to watch.
02:28It'll be high scoring.
02:30I also want to create a culture here.
02:33Now, I've been hands off in my ownership.
02:36So, the wake-up call for everybody is those days are over.
02:39Okay, I'm here.
02:40I'm now.
02:41I'm responsible.
02:42But I have a great team around me.
02:44And that team worked with me very closely over the last month and a half to get to the place
02:51where we have Ruben as the foundation stone for our football organization.
02:59You know, and our team has depth, just so we're all clear.
03:03Hendrik Almstadt, Bobby Gardner, Thiago Esteval, Jovan Kirovsky, Vincenzo Vergine, Donato Lamonte.
03:15And this is so important to Redbird and myself that I'm now hands-on, and I've taken one of my
03:21best guys, and I've moved him into AC Milan as the CEO, Massimo Cabelli.
03:28So, we're putting our money where our mouth is, we're letting our actions speak for themselves, and I couldn't be
03:35more thrilled to start this with you in debuting Ruben.
03:39So, with that, this is about Ruben, and I hand it over to you, my friend.
03:43Thank you very much.
03:46Thank you very much.
03:48So, let's start with questions.
03:51Good afternoon, Ruben.
03:53Good afternoon, Ruben.
03:53I just wanted to know what you are feeling at this very first moment and the very first steps of
03:59your life here, Red and Black.
04:01The city, the supporters, the people from AC Milan.
04:05What's your initial feeling?
04:07This is a new legacy, right, for you.
04:09So, is this more than a club?
04:11Is this more than a company, or do you think it's a family, the Black and Red family?
04:18First of all, I want to apologize for not speaking Italian.
04:22I know, especially here in Italy and with the Tifosi, that it is important for me to speak Italian, to
04:29respect your culture, and I promise that I will be fast.
04:34I tried in the first day, so I know the importance of the Alenatore del Milan speak Italian.
04:46Then, it's an honor to be here.
04:48I'm so happy.
04:50I can feel it that here, the city feels the club, and I felt that during my three-day stays
04:58in the city.
05:02I love Milanello.
05:03I think the place has history.
05:06It's quiet.
05:08People say that it's old.
05:10I love that kind of old.
05:12Everything is there.
05:14So, I love the staff.
05:16The staff is amazing.
05:17Alberto, the team manager, is doing an amazing job.
05:21So, I could not be happier.
05:23I feel at home, and we'll see.
05:26But so far, I'm so happy to be here.
05:29Let's go to Pepe Di Stefano, Sky.
05:35Pepe Di Stefano, Sky.
05:36Welcome, Mr. Amarim.
05:38Now, Jerry said we need a beautiful offensive, strong football.
05:43Is this a dream for you to be here as a Milan coach?
05:48Is this one of your dreams in the past?
05:51Or is there an AC Milan in the past?
05:53Something like Saskia, Capello, Ancelotti.
05:56You know, the big, strong AC Milan of the past.
05:59What is the best memory you have if you were supporting Milan in the past?
06:04First of all, Jerry spoke about the way we want to play football.
06:09So, no pressure about the quality of the game.
06:14Then I remember a lot of things about Milan, not just Ancelotti.
06:17Ancelotti is for my staff because they are younger.
06:19I remember, I didn't leave it, but I watched a lot about Arigasaki, the way he defends and presses.
06:27I remember the high pressure.
06:29He brought a new idea how to press and to jump with the defenders.
06:33I remember Fabio Capello, big team, 58 games without losing, 80 wins at home.
06:45All these details I remember.
06:47The first thing in the past, Milan is not just about the offense.
06:52For me, it's about the team.
06:55We had players like Gullit, Van Basten, Zidorf, all these great players.
07:00But when you remember about Milan, it's about the team of Milan.
07:05That is the most important thing.
07:06And for me, it's the most important thing in here.
07:10So, it's hard to choose one memory.
07:12As everybody knows, I follow Milan since I'm young, but I'm also a Benfica fan.
07:19So, I remember quite well in the 90s, the final Frank Rijkaard goal.
07:26So, that game was tough for me and my family.
07:30But I remember that.
07:31So, I have a lot of memories from the Milan teams and I just want to be part of it.
07:37Of course, it's a big responsibility.
07:40And I know that the foreigners are really hard to win.
07:46Lindholm was the last one to win.
07:48So, I know that, but I want to be part of it.
07:51It's a big challenge.
07:52Let's see.
07:56Andiamo da Dazon.
07:57Cedrico Sala.
07:58Dazon Federico Sala.
07:59Good afternoon, Mr. Amarini.
08:02I will keep talking about the show, the goals.
08:06You will have the birthday, but also the honor to train the most expensive player of the history of this
08:12team.
08:12So, Gonzalo Ramos, why is he the best attacker for your team?
08:19I mean, we've been missing him for 15 years.
08:22Is it probable to see him with Rafa Leal with another Portuguese?
08:30I don't want to talk about the individual in the team, but I can talk about Gonzalo because he's a
08:35new player,
08:36because we bought him with a lot of money and I can explain why you chose him.
08:41The first thing is that we did that job as a team.
08:45I'm the person that gives the profile to the team and they find the best players available in that position.
08:52And that will be the type of work that we are going to do here.
08:57He's not the manager that chose a name.
09:00I chose a profile and then we followed the list of the scouting and we did that.
09:07We believe a lot in Gonzalo Ramos.
09:09I think he proved in the last game against Croatia against a low block.
09:13He scored with three defenders on top of him.
09:16If you see games in Italy, sometimes it's like that.
09:22The teams defend really well and he's able to score against low blocks.
09:28He can score in transition.
09:31One of the aspects that is really important with Gonzalo Ramos,
09:35that people sometimes just look at the talent of the player.
09:38I see a player that if you see him playing five minutes, he's the same guy if he starts a
09:42game.
09:42For me, it's really important.
09:45When I see Gonzalo Ramos playing, it's all about the team.
09:49Then if we want to press high, we need a striker that can do that work.
09:55Guys, just watch Gonzalo Ramos playing five minutes and you see that he's going to follow all the defenders at
10:02the same time.
10:03So it's more than a player.
10:05It's a message to show that we want a guy that believes in the team.
10:11And we did that job and I'm really happy that it was really fast.
10:16And that was a sign that also the structured belief on what I'm trying to do here with Rafael Leão.
10:26He played really well in the World Cup.
10:30He's our player.
10:31I'm really happy with our team.
10:33So I'm a happy allenatore.
10:41Claudio Raimondi, Mediaset.
10:42Claudio Raimondi from Mediaset.
10:44Okay, here we are.
10:46Jerry Cardinale, you have introduced, you talked about a very ambitious target.
10:50You are putting your face on this.
10:52You are closer and closer to Ace in Milan as never before.
10:55This is a big support for you.
10:58So the question is, you are famous for some iconic sentences.
11:02For example, when you were in Sporting.
11:05At the very beginning there was some skepticism, you know, some unhappy years on the other side of Lisbon, so
11:11to say.
11:12But you responded, you reacted to skepticism.
11:15So I'm not bored to this, but...
11:18And if it all went well, eventually after 19 years, here's the title.
11:24So based on this, my question is, this is a revolution.
11:28Can you tell us something like, what if my adventure went well?
11:33Yeah, it's hard.
11:35There are some sentences we need to, it's not to think about that and to say.
11:39We need to feel it.
11:42What I can say is that this kind of iconic clubs, I know that is a big challenge.
11:49But if we can do it, it's more than a title.
11:52It's something, it's to belong to a history of a club with iconic names.
12:00And this is the type of challenge that I want.
12:04So I think I will be happier, even if something happens here, and it's not a good thing.
12:13I will be happier in my life if I try.
12:18But it's hard because Milan is, like you guys know.
12:23I follow Milan since I'm young, so it's personal.
12:25And it's hard to take this kind of challenge.
12:28So what I can say is the belief that I had in sporting is the same belief that I have
12:33now.
12:34With a little bit more hunger.
12:36Maybe because of the last adventure.
12:39So I'm really hungry to have success.
12:42I believe in myself and especially I believe in the structure.
12:45I believe in the club.
12:47I know it's a tough league.
12:48I know that you need to know really well the Italian football.
12:52But nowadays everyone sees other leagues and I think I learn fast.
12:57And I will try to do that.
12:59So what I can say is that everything I was thinking in that moment when I say that sentence in
13:06sporting,
13:06I think I can say it today and I truly believe that it's going to be okay.
13:12And we go from Andrea Ramazzotti, La Gazzetta dello Sport.
13:18Good afternoon.
13:19Here I am.
13:19Welcome.
13:20Right here.
13:25Now let me follow to what my colleagues said before.
13:29In sporting you have written historical iconic pages.
13:33You brought the club back to victory, back to winning after so many years.
13:38Now AC Milan is now looking for another very important target which is his Scudetto,
13:43the second star, so to say.
13:46And I think that this is the major overarching target that I think you have in this adventure.
13:52Is it?
13:53Yes.
13:54It's the first thing.
13:56When you prove yourself, you have European games, but your league, you prove yourself in
14:04so many matches.
14:05And to win the league, you need to be the better team.
14:09That is the first step for us.
14:11We want to win the second star.
14:14It's going to be really tough.
14:15And we know how tough it's going to be.
14:19But I don't know what is going to be the biggest challenge going forward.
14:26But we all can agree that the main goal in this moment is to be dominant in Italy.
14:34And then we will have time to think the rest.
14:38Thank you so much.
14:41Mr. Leonardo, please go ahead.
14:43Good afternoon.
14:45This is my question.
14:50Why did you accept this proposal?
14:53What was the key element?
14:55And what about the team?
14:57So which kind of module or schedule do you have for the team?
15:00So how to bring your ideas into the pitch?
15:03The first thinking I accept because not just because it's Milan.
15:08I will tell you the truth.
15:11I went to the first meeting with a lot of concerns because with all the revolution that we had in
15:20our club.
15:22But after the first meeting and I said to them, I was a Milan coach.
15:28They don't know it because we had to discuss still the contract.
15:33But in my head, after the first meeting, I was convinced.
15:37I look at the team and I think the team has some principles that I lack.
15:43We defend quite well this season.
15:47I think if you look at the table, we need to score more goals.
15:52If you see the first team in the league, the champion is a big difference and we need to address
15:58that.
16:00But then Jerry explained me completely the structure.
16:05I had a good meetings about the team, about the scouting, what was the idea with Bobby, with Massimo.
16:13So when you feel that you have the people around you, when you have a club like Milan,
16:20when you have a big challenge that the team is not winning Scudetos, of course, was the challenge that I
16:26wanted.
16:27I didn't know that before the meeting, but after the meeting was clear for me,
16:31that was the challenge that I wanted in this stage of my career.
16:37And we're from Corriere della Sera, Monica Colombo.
16:40Monica Colombo, please go ahead.
16:42Good afternoon.
16:46My question is,
16:49Did you ask for advice to the two Portuguese coaches that had been here two years ago?
17:00Maybe you had hope or so the fact that starting in a different way,
17:07maybe with a different setting. Is this what you thought?
17:11No, what I think, of course, I didn't spoke with Paul Fonseca and Mr. Sergio Conceição.
17:18I have a small relationship with Paul Fonseca.
17:22I don't have a relationship with Sergio Conceição because we are rivals and still it was like three years ago.
17:34So it's fresh.
17:36But I want to see for myself.
17:39My concerns, I explained to Jerry.
17:42Jerry explained the idea and that for me, I need to see for myself the situation
17:47because you have the experience that could not be the same for me.
17:51It depends on the person, the personality.
17:56So what I can say is that when I start the meetings with all the structure,
18:03I have all the questions that I need was answered and I'm quite comfortable today.
18:13Andiamo da Franco Orti nel Giornale.
18:15Franco Orti nel Giornale.
18:17Eccoci, buon pomeriggio.
18:18Buongiorno, Mr. Amarin.
18:20Volevo chiederle.
19:05especially to you guys that is supporting the the manager and i'm really pleased with that
19:13but also that had a lot of pressure and i'm ready for that in relationship of the market
19:24we will do our job our job is to i need to assess the team then i will explain the
19:30profile
19:31the doubts that i have then i will pass to bobby bobby will talk with hendrik they will talk with
19:38the board and we'll we'll try to to start with the the best team and the best squad um for
19:44the
19:45starting of of the league but again i'm happy with the team we need time to do things i think
19:50is a problem when we don't do the full investigation on the player before we we go for the for
19:57the
19:57player it's important for us to know not just the way he plays but the way he thinks the way
20:02he
20:02lives his life the way he loves uh if if they really love football and especially if they want to
20:09be
20:09here so we need time to do that so we'll see what is happening what is going to happen until
20:14the the
20:14end of the the market but again i'm really happy with the squad that we have
20:27and we have had a portuguese coach that has done very well so mourinho and inter you experienced this
20:42in manchester i guess i mean you say that you like him because he's a great communicator uh do you
20:49think milan will have the amourinho style approach no i'm completely different from jose mourinho i'm
20:57a different person i learned a lot with him of course but i know that you as a coach you
21:02need to
21:03follow your instant your your personality you cannot copy anyone i will not copy anyone i have a different
21:10style of playing uh i hope to win like he won here in italy that's the only thing that i
21:16want to be
21:17the same i respect i have a lot of respect for mourinho uh i can call him a friend uh
21:24but i'm i'm
21:25completely different don't don't expect that from me um you know guys that sometimes i'm upset with the
21:31lost i will say a lot of things that i i shouldn't say it um but i learn with all
21:38the mistakes that i
21:39did in in manchester and i learn a lot i will try to improve on these small details to help
21:44my players
21:45to be better and also um i expect to win more games then then draw i will not talk about
21:51losing games
21:52um because that communication is going to be easy if we win games
22:00tuttosport con stefano pasquino stefano pasquino please good afternoon
22:05um my question is so you you told us se può fare un'eccezione per modic visto che è una
22:12scelta
22:13che forse va oltre gli altri giocatori e volevo chiedere se ci ha parlato se è ottimista sul
22:19il fatto che può stare un'eccezione per il fatto che può stare un'eccezione per il fatto che può
22:22stare
22:23you said modric sorry yes absolutely modric modric is a player that we want to keep
22:29for his experience i spoke with him two times if he needs i will come get the guy
22:36so i think uh he played really well
22:42i think he is a key point for us especially in the beginning to have more possession
22:48i'm not saying that he's going to play all the games so it's he publicly is saying that to look
22:53at
22:53to to watch to watch this but we really want to count with modric to to the next season
23:00i know that the board spoke with modric i spoke with modric so i hope to have modric
23:07um in a few days because i will give her some days to rest
23:52versus what happened in the past what changed maybe the question is also from mr cardinale thank you
23:59i know i know that i know that is is it it's hard on the on the supporters um to
24:06leave this this period
24:07uh i know the context before the first meeting i did all the investigation about the the feeling in the
24:15in in the city i understood the context of losing the last match the position in champions league that
24:21can change everything i understood that's without the help of the board for me the importance
24:27in the meeting is how we are going to solve this can do we have the the weapons to to
24:33solve this and
24:35the answer was they were really they were really good i cannot say nothing that is going to convince
24:41the fans in this moment that is going to be uh an amazing life after this this moment i will
24:48not
24:48say nothing uh because i i truly believe that the fans they are really smart so i will not try
24:54to
24:54insult the intelligence of the fans and saying that now now is going to be everything or uh fine so
25:01what
25:02i what i can promise is that i will do what is the best for the club sometimes it's not
25:07what they want
25:08sometimes it's not what is easy and especially is i will not do what is the best for me and
25:16i think with
25:17all the mistakes that i i made in the past i proved that during my career so i will do
25:22the best for
25:23milan that i can promise um we cannot change everything in one day uh but we can start slowly
25:31and for me it starts in the first game of the pre-season the way we we present ourselves i
25:38think
25:38it's important also to give the opportunity especially in the pre-season for the young kids because i know the
25:43feeling that the tifosi have for the young kids especially italians and we have that responsibility
25:50not just for milan but also for italian football so i know all all of that but i will make
25:55mistakes
25:56we will all will make mistakes we don't promise anything but we have um a path we have an idea
26:05what
26:05we want to do how we want to play uh what kind of player we want so that is a
26:10start and then we'll see
26:12in the first game of the serie a if we can win the first one and you know better than
26:18than than anyone
26:20that if you win the second one the third one and we can build from there so uh let's let's
26:26work and then we'll see
27:24i think if i if i can say that i think portuguese culture in italian culture is all about the
27:33connection
27:34the touch the feeling i'm also like that i'm that kind of um i'm that kind of uh coach of
27:43course when
27:44you win games it's easier to have a connection of course i will have problems with my players because
27:48they are not playing i want that problems if if you are okay we're not playing we have a
27:52big problem but my connection with the players is always close i will be honest with my players
27:59all the time sometimes i will not be fair because that is impossible but i will be honest with
28:04the players and i think as a former player that is the best way to to win the trust of
28:10of the the um the
28:12players and then when you have connections with the team all the the flaws that this the the the team
28:20or the squad have we can hide this kind of uh of loss so what i can say is that
28:26i'm like you guys
28:29really into the connection uh the the human side worry with their families we have a excellent team
28:37with the with giacomo and tommaso all these guys they are taking care of the players their lives we
28:44have everything under control and then we need to also to have a an attractive way of playing because
28:50they like that uh and we'll try to give opportunities to them to play if they feel that they can
28:57play if
28:57they work for it i think is is going to be good for the team and they will help each
29:02other to to be
29:03better
29:11you said you will start slowly but uh when will we see your game your style how much time do
29:20we have
29:21to wait i i hope to to that you guys can can see something since the beginning and i know
29:27i know i know how football works there is no time of course this is a long project uh but
29:33uh of course
29:34when we start the first game of the season we need to play in a way that the the allenatore
29:41explained to the players that is that is clear so when i say slowly what i'm thinking is that we
29:47cannot
29:47change everything the idea of the the tifosi in one day when i say slowly is that we are going
29:53to
29:53convince people slowly but the way we want to play we need to put full gas in the preseason in
30:00the
30:00first game of the season we need to have a clear idea how to play and like we talk in
30:05the in all the
30:06meetings we want to make meetings we want to be dominant and we will try to do that since the
30:10first day
30:20is he going to be important in your milan the way he plays very flexible and uh will it be
30:28important to recover him because he's not been scoring since last year and also at the world cup
30:34uh well he was not brilliant sorry what what was the name i didn't believe police police is a is
30:41a really talented player uh of course he had an injury again in the in the world cup that is
30:49something that we need to to assess but is uh is perfect for for the way i i think football
30:55especially
30:56here in italy sometimes with the with the teams defending so well with less space between the lines
31:02he's a player that can make the difference in that kind of space i have an idea a clear idea
31:07where i i
31:08want him to play especially with a with the right i will give you something uh the right foot on
31:14the
31:14left side i think is the perfect position for him he can play on the other side also but all
31:19all more
31:21more times inside the inside and not on the on the line so i think the important thing is to
31:27i know the
31:28strengths of police i believe in him he will be supported in our in our club i know the he
31:35had
31:35some problems with the elimination in the in the world cup uh they criticized police but we are here
31:41telling him that we believe a lot in him and we want to recover from the last injury and we
31:47have a
31:48clear plan for him to to use all the the qualities that he has so i can say to you
31:53that police is really
31:54important for us i said that we will not talk about individuals i just speak about
32:04andiamo da pietro mazzara siamo alle battute finali
32:10buongiorno ruben non per parlare di dei singoli ma a livello complessivo di squadra
32:43i think the biggest the biggest problem is that we have players in the world cup still and some of
32:48them
32:49they were eliminated now they will have to to have time to rest and i will not have all the
32:54players in
32:54the preseason i could tell you if we start the season with this squad i will be happy i don't
32:59know what is going to happen but that is the most important thing i'm really relaxed with that uh of
33:05course we are going to to face a very strong opponents but again i didn't meet my players i have
33:11an idea i saw the guys play uh in every situation but i need to feel in training so more
33:19more than
33:19thinking about what is the deadline to have more players i just want to start coaching my players
33:25and again if i have to start tomorrow with this team i will be happy and i think we will
33:31be competitive with this with this squad
33:56i know that uh
34:01guys i can i can say to you the way i want to play i know where you want to
34:07go uh i have a huge respect
34:10for mr allegri one more than me uh is so experienced what i can say i will not talk about
34:16the the past
34:17the way milan played uh i can say the way i want to to play and the way we want
34:24to play is with the
34:25ball uh we win we want to dominate the opponent i know that sometimes we are going to defend this
34:32team
34:32defend really well uh we have different ideas and that is normal uh every coach has some different
34:40ideas i have ideas uh then i'm going to change a little bit when i see my players close they
34:47will
34:47give me ideas but i can talk about the principles and the principles is we want to recover the ball
34:54really
34:55fast we want to entertain the fans uh we we want to be excited to watch i know that in
35:02the beginning
35:02with all the information that we'll give is going to be a little bit in the beginning hard for the
35:08for the players we know all of that but that principle is clear when you want to win the game
35:14when you have that responsibility and that comes with coaching big teams you cannot uh run away from
35:21the fact that you you need to win that a draw is like losing and um and that's what we
35:28are going to do is to
35:30is to try to to score goals in and to to be dominant facciamo le ultime due iniziamo con
35:39longo
35:39good afternoon and welcome to milan in ac milan now you've talked about a different uh
35:49football that was the one we saw in the previous season because every coach brings about his own
35:56ideas now there were no european commitments but apart from the deadlines and the timing i mean you
36:03did great so far how many new players do we need for your game so you use plenty of three
36:12quarters
36:12external players or do you think to reassess the previous players for example there are some players
36:20that um musa was not here he's going to to to stay with us he was on low and shuku
36:26is going to be
36:27with us because he's one against one and i think we need players that can go one against one um
36:33we
36:34have salemakers can play on the right but also on the left because i watched some games that he played
36:40in the past and he likes to play on the left and maybe to go one against one he can
36:45be dangerous on
36:46on that that side i we have some kids uh aurelien a lot of idris cc is going to start
36:53to the preseason
36:54we have komoto in the middle so i have no idea what is going to happen but i i named
37:00like five
37:01six players that they were not in the squad they will be in the preseason and in in that moment
37:08i
37:08don't care what where they are coming from if they if they play well if they train well if they
37:14give us
37:14some characteristics that i feel that we don't have in the moment they will win a spot in the squad
37:21so
37:22uh before we are looking just outside of the club we are going to look inside and then we will
37:27see in
37:28the in the end of the preseason we are going to see what happened and then we have to be
37:32careful with
37:32the money because the owner is here and we need to to to follow the budget and uh and be
37:38careful with
37:39that so but i think uh again gonzalo ramos was a big message uh we want to do things properly
37:46and to
37:46choose really well the players but we also want to evaluate our young kids and that players like
37:52musa and chuko that i feel that they have quality to be in our squad and give us uh alternatives
37:57to
37:58play in different in different systems
38:02and we have to get to pietro balzano milan
38:04pietro balzano
38:29the the first thing is it's it's it's hard to explain the mistakes because for that i i would
38:35have to explain all the context of of the last the last adventure and uh sono allenatore del milan
38:44parlo del milan uh so it's hard to say to you every mistakes the only thing i can say is
38:50that
38:50i learned a lot and i did some mistakes and i i didn't have the opportunity and i'm sorry for
38:57that i didn't have the opportunity to say something to the manchester united fans at the moment and i'm
39:02really proud to be there their coach for for a year in that time but now it's a different history
39:08um
39:08there are a lot of things that i could do better uh in the last experience but sometimes it's like
39:15that you need to learn to find the right spots to reach a different level and that's that's my
39:22thinking here your second question sorry i la seconda domanda è cosa ti insegnato l'esperienza di
39:31manchester che puoi utilizzare adesso al milan it's what i to say this is the same what i told you
39:39uh everyone learns from the experience i learned a lot i did some mistakes i will try to change there
39:45are some things you you will never change um but i think i will be a a a better a
39:52better allenatore
39:53that's all grazie a tutti grazie a gerry cardinale thank you thank you ruben thank you so much
