00:09Community leaders, residents and local groups came together for the first Lupset Pride in Place board meeting at Jubilee Hall

00:19The event marked the beginning of a partnership aimed at shaping a brighter future for the area.
00:24In September last year, Lupset and Featherstone were chosen to each receive an annual grant of £2 million over the
00:32next decade as part of the Pride in Place project.
00:35A key feature of the project is the creation of neighbourhood boards made up of people with strong ties to
00:42the area.
