This classic pasta dish brings together bucatini noodles with flavorful ingredients such as cooked pancetta, silky eggs, parmesan cheese, and tomato paste to create an unforgettably creamy dinner main.

00:00I saw this and I'm salivating.
00:02Make your carbonara base.
00:03We had three egg yolks, some parm, whisk it up.
00:06Then we cook our pancetta over low heat, let it crisp up.
00:09Take two tablespoons of that fat rendered,
00:11add it to your egg base.
00:13Now we're back in the pot, add your tomato paste,
00:15cook it down for about three minutes.
00:16Toss in your hot pasta, add a little bit of that pasta water,
00:19add your pancetta, your crushed red pepper,
00:21toss in your egg mix.
