Speaking at the launch of The Stray Love Project: Stray Animal Management Campaign in Kuala Lumpur, Persatuan Haiwan Terbiar Malaysia (SAFM) urged greater emphasis on neutering, vaccination and responsible adoption, while Batu MP P. Prabakaran called on Malaysians to treat pets as lifelong commitments.

00:09This is one of the projects that is very straightforward, especially for animals, including animals and chickens.
00:17What the SAFM team did is they collaborated with DBKL to take animals.
00:23For example, dogs and chickens, they put a vaccine so they can make a safe animal and also make a
00:37campaign for adoption.
00:39I feel that this is the best opportunity to take care of the animals and also give a second life
00:50to the animals and chickens
00:51to provide one family that will give their love to them.
00:59Do you have money for them?
01:00Do you have money for them?
01:01There must be money for them.
01:03If it was anjing, $70.
01:06If it was a chicken, $50.
01:09But because they came to meet me, we talked a long time to support me.
01:13Today I talked to them,
01:15for them,
01:16how much money you can give to them,
01:21the payment is that I am the one.
01:22So, to show that I am also involved in this campaign,
01:27to be able to raise the awareness of the awareness.
01:31In this campaign,
01:33there are several focus that we have done.
01:38In this campaign,
01:40we have to take care of the animals,
01:40which is the pet adoption drive,
01:42and also the palestine,
01:44from DBKL,
01:45and also the awareness for the pemandu,
01:48and also we can make a report about animal cruelty.
01:52In this campaign,
01:54we can come to us,
01:56and we can guide them,
01:57and see how to make an aduan,
02:00and what the process is.
02:02So, today,
02:03we have more than 25 children,
02:07and also 5 children,
02:10and 5 children,
02:10where all the animals are taken from the road,
02:15and for the animals,
02:17they are taken from the village.
02:19So, the goal we want to make is
02:22to reduce the population of the animals,
02:26and to leave this,
02:27where we can not come to the animals,
02:33and go to the animals,
02:34where we leave the animals,
02:36for the animals,
02:37for the animals,
02:39at the end we,
02:40we have an animal like this.
02:42We have a panel of veterinarians
02:43that can give us an aduan
02:46for the uchisiness,
02:48to give us an aduan.
02:49So,
02:50we want to make an aduan
02:53for the new part,
02:54So, we can try to provide the price.
02:58And also, the DBKL, Jepang Tangan Kesehatan Alam Sekitar,
03:02with us today, we are our strategic team,
03:05where they give us a statement about how to apply
03:10to anjing or kucing.
03:13What are the biggest challenges in trying to treat animals?
03:17What are the challenges that are the biggest challenges?
03:18What are the biggest challenges that are the biggest challenges?
03:22What are the biggest challenges that are the biggest challenges?
03:24It's the pet responsibility from the pet owners.
03:27The pet owners actually didn't neuter the dogs or neuter the cats.
03:33So, what they do is, when they feel that the dog is barking
03:38or the cat is meowing, they just simply let them go out.
03:42So, what happened is, they end up getting pregnant
03:44or make other cats pregnant, other dogs pregnant.
03:46So, the control, the population control is getting higher.
03:50So, the owners doesn't have enough responsibility to have pets.
03:53So, that's why the event like this, we will guide them.
03:57Okay, the moment you add up, what you have to do is to neuter the dogs.
04:01So, if you see the neuter's price higher,
04:04of course, we will give a special rate for,
04:07we have our panel bed to get discount.
04:10And also, after they agree for neuter,
04:13we ask them to apply license.
04:15So, from the street, it's become a legal pet.
04:20I'm a person who's loving the dog.
04:22And also, I'm a person who gives food to people who are there.
04:28I'm a person who lives in the road.
04:29And, I need to go to 200 dogs on a day.
04:31I need 3 hours a day to give food to people who are there.
04:37So, I ask the audience to give them to people who are there.
04:38If they love them, they love them.
04:42Don't take up, don't take up, leave them to the terrace.
04:45Then, go to the condominium, leave them.
04:49I have no呼吸, I have no呼吸 in themas of the consonants, so you want to send it?
05:01She was picked up from the tree, she was rescued from the tree.
05:09So her conditions wasn't dead too.
05:13It was all dirty.
