00:11from Qatar, from France, Brazil, Barbados, Argentina, rescuers all of you that came
00:23from your countries with a little bag, and from India as well, that came from your countries
00:31to come here to offer a solidarity hand to the Venezuelan people.
00:36This is the universal solidarity that must inspire the peoples of the world.
00:41And Venezuela, in this past few days of pain, of a deep mourning that marks our people,
00:49in which there is still hope of families, of families, of finding people alive, people
00:59that have lost everything, with a deep spiritual blow.
01:04Here you have been here with us, brother nations, to support our people.
01:10As I've said before, the Venezuelan people will never forget your friendly hand that came
01:17here to assist, who came to help, to offer comfort, to accompany.
01:25Those of you who leave our nation, you can go with a piece of Venezuela in your hearts,
01:31and the deep gratitude that we have with each and every one of you rescuers that were here,
01:39compromising your own integrity to save others.
01:42I don't see, I don't see any other beautiful space when a citizen, women and men of the world,
01:52cross its borders, his or her borders to help others.
01:56Thank you on behalf of the people of Venezuela and the government that I had.

02:23You were witnessing at this hour acting President Delcy Rodriguez during a ceremony of award the
02:30Medal of the Hero of the Republic to the international brigades that have been present in Venezuela,
02:37supporting the nation in the most darkest hours after the two powerful earthquakes that struck
02:43the nation on June 24th.
02:45In her own statements, she was offering all of the gratitude of the Venezuelan people to all of those
02:52rescuers, over 3,000 of them that have been present, that still have been working nonstop to save lives.
