00:21and questioning really whether Russia can continue to sustain the economic damage that it is sustaining
00:27and the loss of so many of its troops.
00:30We're beginning to pick that up privately, but there's no sign yet that Russia is ready to come to the
00:36table.
00:36And that's why I think, you know, we've got to now persuade the Americans that this is now the point
00:42at which they should step in again
00:44and see if some kind of accommodation, some temporary ceasefire can be established that might pave the way to a
00:51longer term agreement.
