"Filmed this at Hanover Square in Mayfair, London on Tuesday lunchtime," Emily told WooGlobe. "Some have suggested they were environmental protestors, possibly Extinction Rebellion protesting outside a large corporation’s office. Others have said it’s just plain creepy."
