00:00I just wanted to inform everybody that the AT Marines have been coming to the office to execute their affidavits.
00:11When they come, they're only going to come here because they're also going to have some engagements.
00:23In fairness, they're going to cooperate.
00:25When they're signed, they're not going to be signed until they're not reviewed by their lawyer.
00:34We understand that, of course, it always has to have the conformity of their lawyers.
00:39That's part of the rights of any individual who wants to submit their statements here.
00:47Since June 20, when we gave the draft affidavits to Attorney Levy Baligod,
00:54he seems to be delaying the signatures of the AT Marines.
01:02And that's one of the things that is delaying the case also against former Speaker.
01:09And as much as we want to keep moving forward with these cases, somehow there are always these blocks and
01:20challenges.
01:21And this is one of the causes of delay.
01:25So we would just like to urge the affidavits to just come over.
01:33If they need to bring another lawyer, then okay.
01:38Okay, if Attorney Baligod wants to come, okay.
01:41Basta gusto na namin makuha yung signed affidavits ng mga AT Marines.
01:47Dahil meron naman talaga kamay ni kukunin dyan sa kanilang mga sinasabi.
01:51Okay.
01:52And it's first and foremost for that case that I mentioned already.
01:59So...
01:59So ilang so far?

02:51of minutes, the lawyers can go over it and see if it's okay in form and in substance.
02:58But until now, we can't get it. It's a very simple thing.
03:03What does it read, sir?
03:04Well, for us, it's a cause of delay for us. I don't want to speculate as to what is going
03:10on on their end.
03:13But as to us, we just want to get the job done.
03:16So, I also want to tell you, because this is something that I think the public should know,
03:23that there are so many of these hiccups that happen.
03:27What we just want is that the case will help us.
03:31So, hopefully, they can help us out.
03:32Sir, you said that there are so many of these hiccups that happen.
03:378.
03:388.
03:398.
03:40There are 8 of the...
03:438 of the...
03:47How many?
03:47How many?
03:48How many?
03:5022.
03:508 of the 22 or...
03:5218.
03:5318.
03:54So, yeah.
03:558 of 18 or 8 of the 22 seem to be of help to us, especially when it relates to
04:03the case of the former speaker.
04:06It's just that since June 20, supposedly, it's on review by the lawyers.
04:14But until this day, actually they were supposed to sign it today, and then they asked for another extension.
04:21But these affidavits are quite straightforward.
04:23It's not too long.
04:26So, in a matter of minutes, the lawyers can go over it and see if it's okay.
04:33In form and in substance.
04:35But until now, we can't get it.
04:38It's so simple.
04:39What does it mean, sir?
04:41Well, for us, it's a cause of delay for us.
04:44I don't want to speculate as to what is going on behind, um, on their end, no?
04:50But as to us, we just want to get the job done.
04:52Kaya, um, naisip ko rin ibanggit sa inyo.
04:56Because this is something that I think the public should know.
04:59Na, there are so many of these hiccups that happen.
05:04Ang gusto lang namin, may sulungan namin yung kaso.
05:07So, hopefully, they can help us out.
05:09Sir, you said na may kukunin talaga kayo dun sa ato.
