00:33So while the Iranians can certainly play the long game, if they wish,
00:38that the clock is ticking on their own national security interests as of the United States.
00:43So I think there's some commonality here in terms of tining, getting an agreement,
00:49getting this memorandum of understanding executed properly,
00:54and then going forward toward a more final stage.
