Improvement to Cardiovascular Disease Care (Clogged Arteries n Diabetes)
After my stent, I was angry at the world, kept asking why me? I wasn't unhealthy,.... From health forum feedback individuals with blocked arteries heart issues, first line of support (more?) doctors fail their patients from short examination room in prevention advice (very little advice was given from known doctors) , failing to inform patients on what tests to do (in heart issues, none or little was given from known doctors despite presence of blood lipid tests red flags), failing on nutrition advice (none was given), failing on follow ups (none was computer schedule). Government medical departments have failed too for not correcting the huge flaws
Prevention care info is already very much out in the net from qualified net doctors interpreting past and current researcheg in Utube. Prevent deaths or and stop disease from getting worst. In a rating measurement, it gets 2/10 marks only, from direct observation. The solutions are not difficult
From American Heart Association, it was reported recently that teenagers at the age 20, 25, 30 + should have their cholesterol check. Teenagers who died of other causes were seen to have arterial blockage at the age of 20. This should be made mandatory or Aussies paying for the subsidised or free blood lipid cholesterol, other tests. there should be computerised follow up on whether the testings are done by government agencies or and at doctors computers. Doctors, cardio are smart enough to draw up prevention check list, and prevention follow ups.
Advice to all to begin reading up on heart issues from age 30+ with flow chart on the next steps/tests to watch out for, including supplements n foods recommendations from doctors and cardio. Information web (govt and public prevention sites) to be available on the subject directly. Stop panic/alarm when one discover the issues for the first time. Advice on options in treatments or just take medication, ++. Health access phone line couldnt answer the questions. Getting second opinion from two hospital doctors/cardio on heart issues, treatment options, is shockingly poor(from observation with 9 months waiting period + issues)
