00:00A lot of urgency this year, certainly.
00:05We have everything we need.
00:08We're deep at just about every single position on the team.
00:13We've talked in the locker room this year about years past,
00:18you wonder who's going to make the team.
00:23And it was top-heavy.
00:25You wonder about the bottom guys.
00:28And this year, it's guys that were once that top level that were there on the team.
00:37For sure, now there's a lot of competition at those spots on the 53, 54, 55, at the end of
00:47that list.
00:47So this is the first year that that is really the case, in my opinion.
00:53It's an exciting place to be when you have too many good players.
00:57So we're going to have to announce our job to try to find a way to make this a cohesive
01:03unit.
01:03And like I said before, build that trust and build those relationships so we can go out and execute.
