00:34maintain the security zone in southern lebanon for as long as necessary to protect our citizens
00:39now if there are any other actors in this region that take genuine verifiable steps to prevent
00:46hezbollah from rearming or regrouping or attacking israel then that will contribute of course to
00:53regional stability but israel will never it has never and it will never outsource our security
