00:25be able to move through its catchment freely, which has the right to flow. We should have biodiversity.
00:32In a way we were worded those carefully because they've got to be legally compliant.
00:40Everything we say is actually legally right. There's something written on the statute book
00:46everywhere which enforces what we're saying. We're not going beyond the law but it's not a legal
00:51document. It doesn't have legal power in a theoretical sense. But we draw this up and then we've got a
00:59common benchmark to work from.
