00:00Good morning everyone. I would like to talk more about, you know, my history and my own past and, you
00:07know, my own past struggles.
00:10You know, as you may know, I had came here on the 18th of December until then 4th.
00:16And, you know, since then I have been, you know, malalingering, which means faking symptoms, and I've been doing that
00:23since I came to this state.
00:24But, to give a little backstory on that, I had been doing that kind of malalingering behavior because I found
00:33out I was moving to New York State back in the summer of 2003 when my social worker from the
00:41Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services told me that.
00:49So, that is kind of how the behavior started. And, you know, once I came to the state of New
00:55York, as I had previously mentioned on that date, that is kind of where the malalingering began.
01:01And, to add a little more on to that, you know, a generation of the music that brought us the
01:08counterculture of the 1960s music is how I learned how to live life and how to love and various other
01:16things.
01:17You know, as you may be further aware, I have used the 60s music to kind of, you know, drive
01:27my emotions and to drive other things as well.
01:30You know, this is kind of where things began.
01:35So, as I continue to read now, as long as I continue to live in New York State, I will
01:44be only able to do things, be able to do anything to court once or things like that, when the
01:50summer weather is present.
01:52And, I will keep pushing this until people have no choice.
01:58And, the only way now, this is the other way now, is to have things transferred to LA, because they
02:04had burnt every opportunity in New York State for treatment-wise.
02:09And, as I, as you might know, I am currently in school. I had just turned in my midterm paper
02:15to my computer information systems class.
02:17That class is, uh, CIS 213.31 Project Management.
02:24And, my criminal justice homework is done. I had finished that Sunday.
02:29And, as you may be aware, my midterm, the midterm week had started this week.
02:35My classes are, you know, eight weeks a piece, so this week would be the midterms.
02:40And then, four, you know, in four weeks from, four weeks from yesterday, I will be starting, uh, March 2nd
02:51will be the week of finals.
02:54March 9th will begin my 300th level class in computer information systems.
03:00As you may be further aware, I am kind of been using these kind of, um, using my knowledge and
03:08these classes to, to prop up things and rank where it is today.
03:14And, as you may be aware, that he is trying to suppress this evidence.
03:18As you may be aware, that would be counted as a Brady violation if he does.
03:23And, that's kind of why I am doing these things.
03:25I had sent him an email, kind of explaining everything as far as my history goes.
03:31And, you know, attached my grades, my transcripts, and, you know, my results of my insurance exam that I had
03:37passed on May 19th of last year.
03:40I had submitted my application for delicensing on July 18th.
03:45And, because of my court, you know, because of the court case, it's on hold.
03:52And, as you may be further aware, I am pretty much, I have a Rep. PE through DSS, which I
04:00have been exploiting.
04:01Just like I have been, you know, exploiting the New York State psychiatric laws and Kendra's Law.
04:10Through malangering, you know, faking symptoms.
04:12I have been doing that for almost a quarter century now, since the summer of 2003, when I was still
04:17living in Nebraska.
04:20As you may be aware now.
04:23And, you know, my biological family, my biological grandfather is actually my biological mother's uncle.
04:31So, my biological grandmother would be my biological mom's aunt.
04:37As you may be aware, that this is kind of more of the inbreeding that kind of went on in
04:41my biological family.
04:44My biological grandfather, he, um, I was sent to live with him by my biological mom to cover up for
04:52her crimes,
04:52which she had done dogs in Oklahoma during dependency that led to my birth.
04:59And, you know, my biological mom went through the same thing.
05:03My biological grandfather went, my biological father went through the same thing.
05:07You know, when he, um, when, before he was born.
05:10My biological father, with him, you know, got arrested and was put into prison.
05:16Because he got, he got my biological mom credit and the consent age for Nebraska at that time was 19.
05:24As you may be aware, the, it's this how, this is kind of more how things start.
05:31As you may be aware, my adoption had occurred on October 31st, 2005, at the Wyoming County Courthouse.
05:41You know, when I, you know, you know, you know, back to where I had, you know, done these things.
05:46I just, you know, when I had shot myself in on April 28th, 2008.
05:50I, um, I pretty much did it as a means to, um, malingering and faking symptoms.
05:58You know, as you know, when I had turned 18, you know, these things kind of, um, and I kind
06:06of just kind of continued these behaviors.
06:08And I kind of made some poor choices in regards to what I did when I was 15.
06:14I kind of started, you know, the regimental, um, exercises that I've been doing since then.
06:19And that kind of led to the hospitalization in December 13th, 2010.
06:25And, you know, when I had gotten arrested, you know, in 2015, when it's, when, let me count, you know,
06:31I kind of resorted to the exploitation of the psych ward.
06:35I guess I've been doing for the last 20 some years now, the last 23 years to be exact.
06:44And, um, I had, I got discharged from DePaul on, in, in October of 2015 because of these behaviors.
06:52In 2017, I got discharged from RPC through these, their same actions.
06:59You know, when I had jumped up that window and off the retreat bridge in 2019, you know, it was
07:05through the, through male lingering and through things like that.
07:10And when, you know, DSS started to make money in 2019 because my grandfather didn't want to do it anymore.
07:17Cause I kind of, I kind of drove him to the point, I kind of pushed him to the point
07:21where he didn't want to do it anymore.
07:24And, and with DSS doing it, and kind of now kind of created a new behavior called enforced dependency.
07:32And, you know, and anytime, you know, the courts want me to up here, I've been trying to, um, goad
07:39court officers into doing the psych ward.
07:41So I wouldn't have to up here.
07:44And as you may know, I am a student S, a student of Pulse University.
07:49The classes are online.
07:52I have been taking, I am having, I have 39 credits and 157 on June 28th.
08:00I will hopefully to have 69 by the end of this year.
08:05Or by the time I went to Bracearch would it's, you know, December of this year.
08:11And as you are further aware, I have a fiancee, her name is Kelly Lewinsky.
08:18And I do plan to marry her, but that, that date would be on May 2nd, 2029, which is more
08:25of the resemblance of when my ancestor, um, Catherine the Great was born.
08:29It would be 300 years since that point.
08:32She was born on May 2nd, 1729.
08:35And Mary and Kelly on May 2nd, 2029 would be her 300th birthday.
08:41Catherine's 300th birthday.
08:45It's just, you know, I kind of have to point out that I kind of have this behavior where it's,
08:52you know, either my way or the complete exploitation of the psychiatric laws in New York State and Kindred's Loan.
08:59I've already burned all my options for treatment in the state of New York.
09:03I made sure of that.
09:05The only option now is to, um, kind of use this and everything I pretty much attached.
09:12As long as I live in New York, I am, I will make it more expensive for New York to
09:17manage back here.
09:19And these costs exceed 4 billion dollars or more.
09:24No matter where I'm at in the state and no matter where I live in New York, that's what's going
09:29to be the case.
09:30Once everything is transferred to Los Angeles, everything will change for the better.
09:35I will ensure I get my way by using this kind of method.
09:41And I will get my transfer and ensure that Los Angeles is the only option and will be the only
09:48place to live.
09:51As you may be aware, the grades have attached to my, to my, to email plans at the DA or
09:59regarding the current class I'm taking.
10:01And I've gotten, you know, some pretty good grades on that.
10:04I've gotten a 96, a 98, and a 100 on the papers I had turned in for my computer information
10:10systems.
10:11You know, for the last three assignments for my criminal justice class, I got a 100 on them.
10:17And, you know, I've been working harder.
10:20I've been, you know, I've been working hard to, you know, get my coursework done.
10:26And I had written, you know, political leaders on a new political policy that I might put in place, which
10:32is called responsibilities-based liberties, which kind of, you know, is more of a merit base of ideals.
10:40That, you know, even people such as myself who are high functioning and have disabilities can actually get their, all
10:48their amendments and can be a, a functioning member of society with, um, certain additional protections in place to ensure
10:56that the general public is safe.
10:59And I had written, you know, I had written, you know, you know, the, uh, politicians such as, uh, Sen.
11:04Woodman Hawley, Sen. Borrello, the Governor, Governor Hulko, President Trump, Vice President Vance, Sen. Schumer, Leader Jeffries, you know, and,
11:18uh, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
11:23I have also written, you know, the, uh, City Council, I have written, you know, the, uh, City Council, I
11:30have written, you know, the, uh, City Council of Patavia as well.
11:35I have also written to, um, the New York State Department of Finance as well.
11:41You know, I am pretty smart when it comes to these things and trying to make it, trying to make
11:48the world a better place to these points.
11:51You know, and it just goes back to, you know, the behaviors I had kind of done in the past,
11:56which is melalingering.
11:57I have been doing it since before I came to New York, which is December of 2003 when I found
12:02out I was moving here.
12:04You know, and it's just, you know, kind of, kind of why I've been discharged from multiple places and kind
12:11of why, you know, providers are reluctant to treat because once melalingering is found out, it kind of limits those
12:20options.
12:22I just want to wish everyone well.
12:25Please stay safe and warm.
12:27God bless and have a nice day.
12:29God bless and have a nice day.
12:29God bless and have a nice day.
