00:00Let's hear the statements of Acting President Delce Rodriguez.
00:04I want to congratulate whole Venezuela, to every Venezuelan, because today is a national
00:13party day.
00:16Special greetings to all presidents, Dr. Jorge Rodriguez, President of the National Assembly,
00:22Captain Diosdado Cabello, Vice President, Sectorial Vice President of Citizen Security and Peace,
00:31and also the other Vice Sectorial Vice President.
00:36I want to congratulate for this act that commemorates and celebrates the 205 years of the Battle
00:46of Carabobo on the day of the Army to the Chief General Gustavo González López, Minister
00:52of the Popular's Powers for the Defense.
00:56Greetings also to Mayor General Peter de MartĂnez, Commander of CEO, and with a special affection
01:07to Mayor General, Commander General of the Bolivarian Army, and also the Header of our Liberator
01:20Army.
01:27My deepest affection to all of you, and for all that represents every one of our function
01:35of the National Bolivarian Forces.
01:40Our dear soldiers, all present in this emotive act that leads us to think again, Carabobo.
01:51And also those words that our Father Liberator, Simon Bolivar said, you will be in Carabobo.
02:01Those words resound in our minds.
02:05It beats in our hearts what it is to defend every hour, every day, the liberty and the independence
02:15of Venezuela, always by hand of our Father Bolivar, that has led us to a way where the Venezuelan
02:27people not only admire his history, but also it is fond of them and also defends it.
02:37In these days where Venezuela is watched, is criticized, is attacked by external forces, and sometimes
02:52from the interior for the ones who doesn't comprise and doesn't understand the story.
03:00To not know what is about a new Venezuela.
03:06Like the Major General Bessaris said, like our Father Bolivar, the misfortune is the school
03:16of the heroes that will mark the new glories.
03:24The misfortune that we have received, the external aggressions, the pressure.
03:34Today I say that Venezuela is stronger.
03:38I feel like Venezuela has a different spirit, a spirit that leads us to fully understand the
03:50value of the peace, the value of tranquility, the value of the independence, the value of the
03:59freedom in a new spirituality, of a society that seeks the re-encontro between Venezuelans.
04:10It's a society that seeks to also surprise the intolerance that in January 3rd became the bombs and messes.
04:21I see that new spirituality, new ways for Venezuela, a way of Venezuela that keeps being the same dignity,
04:36Venezuela with dignity, with stronger, that defends what we love of Carabobo.
04:42Carabobo taught us so much lessons.
04:45The first one is the national union.
04:50In Carabobo participated all social groups, ethnic groups, white, afro-descendants, indigenous.
05:00In Carabobo it was national union.
05:04And that national union taught us the virtues that when we act together, looking for an objective
05:13like delivery, like the freedom and independence, we are unbeatable, like our father Simon Bolivar said.
05:21The national unity is the second thought of Carabobo is the consistency.
05:36Bolivar never backed down, never renounced his dreams.
05:43And as he said, between so much reflections, also defeated the way to Carabobo.
05:52Since that shout of independence on 19 April of 18,000 and 11, of defeats, of victories.
06:08But we came to Carabobo stronger because of the constants, because of Bolivar.
06:19Because when we have a dream, we are unbeatable, like we were in Carabobo.
06:29And also to know that Carabobo wasn't improvised, that battle was very well-thinked by Simon Bolivar.
06:43And even though we started with bad luck, we ended with a battle that not only gave the liberty to
06:53Venezuela,
06:53but also gave us a war like a political and also was the day that born the Patria Grande.
07:02That was the day that was born Bolivar.
07:05And we are there to liberate the other nations.
07:09And for more than 300 years ago, where Carabobo, it's the greatness of Venezuela.
07:22Carabobo is a country, it's a people that not only thinks of itself, but also thinks of humanity.
07:30That also thinks of the most important values of the humanity.
07:36And for them we cross borders.
07:39Not too hard we cross borders to liberate and also for the independence of brothers, peoples.
07:48You know that from the Bolivar sword, it also was the liberty of Grenadines.
07:59And this Sunday there were elections in Colombia.
08:05We recognize the Colombian people volunteer and we congratulate that electoral process and we said let's give a step forward,
08:20don't look back because who in the past attacked Venezuela from Colombia, they met the failure.
08:32And not only the failure because of the people of the brothers, but also of the United Peoples in blood
08:42for the same sword.
08:45But also that caused suffering to the people of Colombia, economic disaster.
08:52And this for today we congratulate the elected government of Colombia and we also give our faith in relations of
09:02respect.
09:03And also like it's corresponding in between brother people.
09:12And also to find space for international relations with everybody in that way, in that diplomatic way we are.
09:26And we have said since January 3rd, since that awful day of January 3rd, 2016, when Venezuela was attacked.
09:38Let's agree on our differences throughout the political dialogue, throughout cooperation with the United States.
09:49And in that way we are now with Bolivar because we met all thoughts of Bolivar, not only the military
09:59that left a legacy in the context of international law,
10:06in the international right, but also we met in the way of the Bolivar States.
10:14And I call every Venezuelan to become in the state that was Bolivar, and also who also lived very difficult
10:26moments with decadentes and con potencias nacientes.
10:40To our home. Today, day of the army, first institution that was born in 1821, first institution of Venezuela.
11:00Let's be like Bolivar. Let's be like Bolivar. And let's mark the way of to respect our constitution, to respect
11:11to the future.
11:12And let's be like Bolivar. And let's be like Bolivar. And let's be together.
11:15Defenders of the sovereignty and also the territorial independence of Venezuela.
11:21Today is a national party day. And I want to tell to all Bolivarian armed forces today we are stronger
11:32than ever.
11:34We have thoughts, but with the concept to have one objective, like the defense of Venezuela.
11:48To feel happy and also to feel proud to what it is to defend a homeland that had in this
11:55earth liberators that left thoughts to the...
12:01To all the humanity and also for the universe.
12:05With that legacy, with that doctrine, our Bolivarian armed forces with a moral, with an ethic, Bolivarian ethic, it will
12:14be always unbeatable.
12:21When the historic memory assists us, when the history is right assists us to defend a noble people like it
12:30is the people of Venezuela.
12:32I want to be in a way to give strength to our armed forces and I want to announce an
12:40alliance, an union between the popular powers,
12:48the industry of the technology and the popular powers, the industry of the technology.
12:55We are in the world in a search of the greatest technological advance.
13:03We are going with the greatest technological developments to be the principal tool of our soldiers in the defense of
13:15our sovereignty, of our independence.
13:19And I also want in the way to give well-being to the personnel of the armed forces and I
13:31give the instruction to create a vice ministry of health of our soldiers and of the military family.
13:44It is the respect that has our people for the armed forces and for the army, that army that you
13:54came from, where you showed the bravery of our general, of our colonels.
14:06Where we watched the united people defending their liberty, defending their freedom in today's Venezuela.
14:16It is in the diary defense of the sovereignty.
14:23Let's take as an example the Liberator Army.
14:30They didn't fear anything.
14:34They went with us, with the force, with the determination, the admirable determination to know we were assisted by the
14:43reason of men and women today.
14:47I also invite our people to continue with the path of national unity, to keep in a brotherhood, in a
15:00big purpose like it is the life of our homeland, our republic, free and independent.
15:07I also ask you like Bolivar didn't rest, like he came from Boyacá to Carabobo, from Carabobo to Pichincha, this
15:17people does not rest.
15:23With the happiness, like Bolivar said, in Angostura, with moral and light, and also with the search of justice and
15:37also equity.
15:39That's the heritage of Bolivar that makes us breathe as homeland and also what makes us be Venezuela.
15:47The good Venezuela, dignity, Venezuela with dignity, Venezuela with moral to stand in every scenario and in front of everybody,
15:58of anybody.
15:59I said that this is what we carry, that fire in our soul and also that fire of our homeland
16:08is what marks us to continue to guarantee a future for our children and for our youth.
16:15And that future be of well-being, prosperity, and be a future of sovereignty and independence.
16:28Carabobo will live and also live to our Bolivarian army forever.
16:34We were hearing at the declarations of the acting president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, in the acting ceremonies marking the
16:44205th anniversary of the battle of Carabobo.
16:48The final remark, we had the same tremblies in the morning as others, and it was coming here from the
16:48left to the right to the right to the right to the right to the right to the left.
16:48What did we do after Dermatização of the existence of theúc to the right to the right to the right
16:48to the right to the right to the right and the right to the right to the left?
