Michiel Huisman, fan favorite from 'Game of Thrones,' will have a key role in the HBO Max thriller, 'The Flight Attendant.'

00:00HBO Max's The Flight Attendant is adding in some Game of Thrones star power to the
00:04new thriller. Mikhail Hausman, a.k.a. Dario Naharis, on the HBO mega hit fantasy
00:09series is joining the new thriller alongside Kaley Cuoco and Sonoya Mizuno.
00:14The Flight Attendant, based on a novel of the same name, will follow Cuoco's
00:17character Cassie, who wakes up in the wrong hotel room with a dead man and no
00:21recollection as to how she ended up there. The actress is also serving as one of the
00:25executive producers for the show via her Yes! Norman banner. Hausman will play
00:29Alex, a charming and wealthy businessman who runs into some very bad luck in
00:33Bangkok and ends up sticking with Cassie longer than expected. Meanwhile Mizuno is
00:38set to play Miranda, a savvy and potentially dangerous businesswoman Cassie meets in
00:42Bangkok. In addition to Game of Thrones, Hausman was a regular on Netflix's The
00:46Haunting of Hill House and has credits on Nashville and Orphan Black among others.
00:50The Flight Attendant was picked up to series in July as part of a new overall deal
00:54Cuoco signed with WarnerMedia's Warner Brothers and the thriller is just one of a
00:58number of original series that have been greenlit at HBO Max, which is set to launch in
01:02spring of 2020. The service will also offer library content from WarnerMedia
01:06properties, which includes The Big Bang Theory, Friends, Game of Thrones, The Fresh Prince of
01:12Bel-Air and many, many others.
