00:16oil and gas exploration and production ventures. The Strategic Memorandum of Funders tending
00:21aims to leverage Brazil's specialized expertise in deep water drilling to revitalize and boost
00:27crude production in the Mexican portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Backed by Presidents Lula
00:33da Silva and Claudia Sheinbaum, the Alliance will also study joint efforts to improve
00:37refinery efficiency and petrochemical production, strengthening regional energy security.
