02:00have made a dynamic trade um I would I would have loved Bobby Portis on this team even without Giannis

02:28heat will give up Tyler Hero, Kalel Ware, Jaime Jaquez, Kaspersyakou, Chonis three first round picks
02:35including pick number 13 tonight uh one pick swap and one second rounder so it is a lot to give

04:10because fellas we've been frustrated for the past several years it's like every time you know since
04:16Jimmy who you know we call him a superstar down here a lot of people didn't feel that way about

04:21the time he helped us get to two NBA finals but since Jimmy Butler Riley has swung and missed
04:27on most of the whales he's been out there trying to harpoon right Dame Lillard most recently a couple
04:33of years ago and so when it looked like thankfully it wasn't the case when it looked like this wasn't
04:40going to work out with Giannis I was starting to reach a boiling point yesterday but Pat Riley still
04:46has the mojo the godfather still has the juice because guys we've seen it the last several years like
04:53you can like your core you can have you know a gritty defensive team a superstarless team
05:00that can only get you so far right it can get you a play-in seed it can get you
05:05maybe a series win if
05:07you're lucky but in order to actually make a run and to give yourself an opportunity these next few
05:13years to win a championship you have to have a superstar in this league like you have to like you
05:19have to have
05:19a Giannis Antetokounmpo as your leading man and Bam Adebayo can now be a dynamic number two like the
05:26Heat are now giving themselves an opportunity to do something that they used to do on a semi-regular
05:32basis and that's win championships we're back in the dance now guys I see Donald I think you're one
05:37of those guys who struggles to buy a car when when when the uh the agent is fine you know

10:13happen during his uh he tries he tries me he tries to go in the dead of summer but uh
10:18never seems to
10:18work out for him so um we have three more days left of uh of Joe vacation so we'll see

10:26about what Pat Riley's been able to accomplish here with with Miami in terms of uh trade acquisitions
10:32traded for when he began joining the team joining the team traded for Alonzo Mourning and Tim Hardaway
10:37in the same uh uh Mashburn as well I think people forget that yeah he was part of that team
10:43that
10:43made a made the first relevant Heat organization uh drafted Dwayne Wade traded for Shaq signed LeBron
10:52and Bosch um drafted Bam out of Bayo then then traded for Jimmy who kind of lured as a free
10:58agent and
10:59and now Giannis um it's it's a continuation of what Pat Riley has been able to do in terms of
11:07luring those whales but more importantly it's not just the whales it's the team that he can build around
11:13them and I I'm a big believer that the Heat have never needed draft picks um I've said that all
11:20you know
11:21even though we've we've we've had a nice little run here of Bam and in Hero and Ware um that
11:29that's
11:29that's encouraging but the Heat have are an organization they never need to draft picks to find and develop
11:35talent and I'm pretty sure that they'll do that they'll they'll find three players whether it be free agents
11:41or guys from developmental league or or or undrafted players and we'll get right back on we'll get right back
11:50in in terms of building back this roster
11:54well there's certainly a few uh things that the Heat do need to figure out here and um the these
12:00NBA cap
12:00things are a little bit on the complicated side when you start talking about aprons and yeah
12:06different levels so Andrew Wiggins text it to trade exemptions and yeah so essentially what what I think
12:13looks like it's going to happen here guys is um it looks like Andrew Wiggins they'll have to figure out
12:18his uh player option or will he you know decline that sign a lesser contract so that the Heat have
12:24the uh flexibility to uh to keep Norman Powell uh so so these are kind of the uh kind of
12:30the deals
12:31here that we're going to find out in the uh in the coming days here um with the Heat so
12:35these things do
12:36get a little bit tricky but uh yeah guys look Miami the bottom line is they they do have to
12:41figure out a
12:41way to fill in the roster here because this was a um a large amount of players that they gave
12:47up
12:47to uh to bring in uh Giannis and Bobby Portis here uh to Miami so again we're going to open
