I hate Damon for torturing Katherine…even she was sick.

In this scene, a dying Katherine Pierce is stuck in bed while Damon Salvatore tortures her mind. Using vampire mind control, Damon forces her to experience terrible hallucinations of her worst past actions, such as Aunt Jenna stabbing herself and John Gilbert losing his fingers. He even tricks her into seeing Elijah just to break her spirit. Damon cruelly taunts her, saying that absolutely no one cares about her dying. However, just as he plans to torment her more, Katherine’s daughter, Nadia, walks into the room and stops him.
