03:52Who?
03:53Hello, everyone.
03:56Is he in the office?
03:57Actually, who are you looking for?
03:59Claude Spring.
04:01I must get his autograph.
04:02Oh, he's, um...
04:03I'm so excited.
04:04I saw Claude when he came to give a performance at my school when I was a lad.
04:07Really?
04:09I can't wait to meet him.
04:11Well, Claude's actually back at my house just now.
04:13I say.
04:15Do you think he'd mind if I popped round?
04:16To say hello?
04:17I shouldn't think so.
04:19Maybe you could help him to get ready.
04:20Gosh.
04:21You mean help him carry his stage costumes and that sort of thing?
04:24Maybe.
04:25Double gosh.
04:26Right.
04:26See you later.
04:30So, which coloured house do you think actually will visit first today?
04:41Can you see all the different coloured houses
04:45is sitting by the sea?
04:47Well, this part of the story in Balamoria
04:50pushes the house for me.
04:53Is it yellow?
04:54Is it pink?
04:56Is it orange?
04:57What do you think?
04:59Is it red, green, blue or white?
05:01Which coloured house do you think is right?

05:21It's the greenhouse!
05:23Yes, it's the greenhouse.
05:24Because that's where Miss Hoolie lives.
05:27Grums, what's that funny noise?
05:50Good, that's warmed up my voice.
05:53Ah!
05:54Who are you laddie?
05:56I'm Archie.
05:58I'm terribly pleased to meet you, Mr Spring.
06:01Could I have your autograph?
06:02You know, write your name in my book to prove that I've met you.
06:05My autograph, eh?
06:07Well, of course, Archie lad.
06:09Could you sign it to Archie?
06:13There.
06:15Oh, I say.
06:16Oh, by the way, Mr Spring, is there anything I can do
06:18to help you get ready for your performance?
06:19Um...
06:20Make a cup of tea?
06:21No, I think all is in readiness.
06:24Unless...
06:25I need someone to meet my helper, Miss Vivienne, from the ferry.
06:30Miss Vivienne?
06:31Yes.
06:31She helps me in the show.
06:33She tells the story and dances.
06:36She sounds very important.
06:38Very important, laddie.
06:40Without Miss Vivienne, the show could not go on.
06:43She has long blonde hair.
06:44You can't miss her.
06:45Right.
06:45I should go and ask Edie to take me in the bus
06:47to meet Miss Vivienne off the ferry.
06:49Splendid.
06:50I'll meet you at the nursery.
06:53Right-o.
06:57Oh, a nice cup of Errol Grey.
07:09Edie?
07:10I need you to drive me to the ferry.
07:13I'm having my breakfast, Archie.
07:15Forget breakfast.
07:17We need to meet Miss Vivienne.
07:18I'm sorry, Archie.
07:19I just want to slob around this morning.
07:22Oh, dear.
07:23I can't let Claude down.
07:26Claude who?
07:28Claude Spring.
07:31Claude Spring?
07:32Yes.
07:33Claude Spring, the famous actor?
07:35Yes.
07:35You see, we need to meet his helper, Miss Vivienne, at the ferry.
07:38Just give me five seconds.
07:50And please let me go.
07:54Yes, of course.
07:55This way.
08:07Where is Miss Vivienne?
08:09I'll ask at the ferry office.
08:14I'm sorry, Archie, she's missed the ferry.
08:20Any news?
08:22Apparently Miss Vivienne's missed the ferry.
08:24Oh, dear.
08:26Oh, Claude Spring will be upset.
08:28So will the children.
08:29You see, in the show, Miss Vivienne dances and tells the stories.
08:32Without her, the show can't go on.
08:34Oh, so what do we do now?
08:36Oh, well, I suppose I could always...
08:38Archie, no way.
08:41You can't stand in for Miss Vivienne.
08:44Well, perhaps not.
08:46But somebody has to, otherwise the children don't get to see Claude Spring in action.
08:49Well, who in Balamori is good at dancing and telling stories?
08:58There's only one person I know who's good at dancing and telling stories.
09:02Josie Jump.
09:04Oh!
09:09Josie Jump is my name.
09:13Dancing and sport are my games.
09:17I'm always feeling rhythm.
09:19It jingles in my toes.
09:21It tingles through my body.
09:23Come on and have a go.
09:25Everybody try king, king.
09:27Everybody try bouncing.
09:29Everybody try throwing.
09:31Everybody try jumping.
09:33Sometimes I get the feeling, I want to jump up high.
09:37I've got to keep on rhyming.
09:39I've got to keep on rhyming.
09:40So fast I'll think I'll fly.
09:42Everybody jump up a little higher.
09:44Wave your hands.
09:46Jump up a little higher.
09:48Score!
09:49Everybody try king.
09:51Everybody try bouncing.
09:53Everybody try throwing.
09:55Everybody try jumping.
09:58Sometimes I get the feeling, when getting near a hoop.
10:02The ball just keeps on bouncing, and then I loop, loop, loop.
10:05Everybody jump up a little higher.
10:08Wave your hands.
10:10Jump up a little higher.
10:12Score!
10:13Go!
10:14Jump up a little higher.
10:17Wave your hands.
10:17Wave your hands.
10:18Jump up a little higher.
10:21Score!
10:21Go!
10:22Go!
10:23Josie Jump is my name.
10:26Dancing and sport are my games.
10:30I'm always feeling rhythm.
10:32It jingles in my toes.
10:34It jingles through my body.
10:37Come on and have a go.
10:43Oh, I needed this.
10:47Oh, nice catch, Archie.
10:50Hello, Josie.
10:50So, what's the story in Balamori?
10:53Well,
10:57I called into the nursery because a famous actor is coming to do a show for the children.
11:02I really wanted to meet him and get his autograph.
11:04Miss Hooley said he was staying at her house and suggested I call and offer to help the actor get
11:08ready.
11:10When I got there, he asked me to meet Miss Vivienne, his helper from the ferry.
11:16So I went to ask Edie to drive me there in the bus.
11:19We went to meet the ferry and waited for ages.
11:22But Miss Vivienne had missed the boat.
11:26So we need someone that can help the actor with his show.
11:28Someone that can dance and tell the story.
11:30Like me, you mean.
11:31Well, exactly.
11:32Otherwise, the show will be cancelled.
11:34Well,
11:34the trouble is, Archie,
11:36I'm all hot and muddy from rugby practice
11:38and I'm not sure I could be ready in time.
11:41Josie,
11:42Claude Spring needs you.
11:43Who?
11:44Claude Spring.
11:45The Claude Spring?
11:47The famous actor?
11:49Give me five seconds to get changed.
12:04Now,
12:05would you please welcome a great friend of mine and the famous actor, Claude Spring?
12:12Oh,
12:12good.
12:13Yay!
12:17Who is going to tell you the story of Quentin and the princess.
12:22Helped along, of course, by Josie Jump.
12:26Yay!
12:29This is a story about an old king, his sons and the next door neighbour.
12:35The king was called King Red.
12:40I'm growing old.
12:42It's about time my sons got married and whichever one of them marries first shall have my kingdom.
12:51Next door to King Red and his sons lived Princess Pretty Blossom at the top of a very high tower.
13:13And so old king red sent for his sons, the first was Rufus, who was big and burly with a
13:22loud voice.
13:23I'm Rufus, I'm big and burly with a loud voice.
13:30Listen to me shout my name.
13:35Rufus.
13:36Rufus.
13:37Rufus.
13:38Rufus.
13:38The next was Thomas, who was even bigger and burlier with an even louder voice.
13:45Rufus.
13:45Rufus.
13:46I'm Thomas.
13:48I'm big and burly with an even louder voice.
13:53Rufus.
13:53Listen to me shout my name.
13:57Thomas.
14:00Rufus.
14:00Rufus.
14:01Rufus.
14:01And last, there was Quentin.
14:04He was small and quiet and rather shy.
14:07Hello.
14:08Sorry to bother you.
14:10I'm Quentin.
14:11No one ever takes much notice of me.
14:15Listen to me shout my name.
14:19Quentin.
14:22I'm not very good at shouting.
14:25Oh no.
14:27And so old king red set his sons a task.
14:32They had to pick a rose and take it to princess pretty blossom next door.
14:36The trouble was, princess pretty blossom lived in a very high tower.
14:42That was almost impossible to climb.
14:46But Rufus decided to have a go.
14:50Gosh.
14:51This tower looks high.
14:54Still, I'm a roughy toughy prince.
14:58So here goes.
15:01Half way there.
15:03I can't wait to marry the princess.
15:06Yes.
15:07Oh dear.
15:08Oh dear.
15:13So Rufus fell down into a bush and got rather prickled too.
15:19So Thomas was next.
15:23Cool.
15:25This tower looks high.
15:26Still, I'm a roughy toughy prince.
15:29Yes.
15:30So here goes.
15:35Half way there.
15:37Oh, I can't wait to marry the princess.
15:40Just a little bit further and...
15:42Oh dear.
15:48So Thomas fell down into a bush and he got rather prickled too, which just left Quentin.
15:55Gosh.
15:56This tower looks high.
15:58I don't fancy climbing up there.
16:01I think I'll take the stairs.
16:04Now Prince Quentin was the only one with brains.
16:10Ah.
16:12I thought you might like this.
16:19My rose.
16:21My love.
16:23My husband.
16:27And so Princess Pretty Blossom married Quentin and they lived happily ever after.
16:48Wow.
16:50Claude Spring signed my photo.
16:52So, what was the story in Ballamory today?
16:57Well, Archie called into the nursery wanting to meet Claude Spring.
17:04He's a famous actor who was coming to do a show for the children.
17:08I suggested that Archie call round to my house in case Claude wanted any help getting
17:13his performance ready.
17:16Claude Spring asked Archie to meet his helper, Miss Vivienne, from the ferry.
17:21He told Archie that she was very important.
17:24Without her, the show couldn't go on.
17:27They went to the ferry terminal to meet Miss Vivienne and waited for ages.
17:33It turned out that Miss Vivienne had missed the ferry.
17:37Archie was very worried.
17:39Claude Spring's performance might have to be cancelled.
17:43So he went to ask Josie Jump to help Claude instead.
17:47Josie agreed and helped Claude tell the story of Prince Quentin who won the hand of Princess
17:53Princess Pretty Blossom.
17:55They were both brilliant and we had a fantastic time.
18:02And that was the story in Ballamory.
18:06Now I must keep Claude's photo safe.
18:12And I'll see you very soon.
18:15Bye!
18:20Bye!
