00:00You said that the project ART is under PMO, not under Kementerian.
00:07So, in the past half, the RTS will be opened up in terms of the development of the traffic.
00:16Yes, I have been talking many times with Petrojaya to make sure that they can make sure that they can
00:35make sure that the measures were taken are very much a short-term measure.
00:40It will not be able to cater once, you know, after one year or two, bila the RTS is more
00:52mature and we hit the 10,000 mark, maksudnya 10,000 orang keluar masuk per hour, that is going to
01:00be a challenge for us.
01:01Sebab itu, bila Menteri kata bahawa UKAS, saya harap Kabinet boleh cepatkan, because the Minister is also part of the
01:12Kabinet, they meet every week, right?
01:14So, they should come to a consensus and get this project up and running soon, sebab it will cause a
01:22major traffic congestion issue nanti.
01:26Betul, is the state able to fund the project by itself, if the federal is ready, it's free, or if
01:32they give the money, are you all able to do it?
01:34Ah, if you give the money, I mean, that's why, that's why PSJ kan, PSJ kata, give back 25%
01:40of state income.
01:43So, if you give us 25% of the state income, maybe we can run the project ourselves.
01:49You know, yang saya tahu saya, we're giving them about 20 billion, 20 to 30 billion a year state punya
01:57revenue to federal, you know, through income tax and all that, kan?
02:09So, we're looking at 20 to 30 billion, so if you give us 25%, seperti titah pemangku sultan, then maybe
02:17we can consider Nelson.
