00:00For me and all of the NEXCO, I told myself and I told them that the feedback must be from
00:12two parties.
00:13Not even from me.
00:15The Club Johor to me is very simple.
00:20Pertamanya, we must get feedback from Istana Johor, Bawah Duituangku dan Pertuan Agung dan juga Pemangku Sultan Johor.
00:32Their feedback to me is very important.
00:35If they say we are doing a good job, then most likely we are doing a good job.
00:41But that's not the only feedback that we have.
00:45Tema.
00:46We must also tema feedback from the rakyat, Bangsa Johor.
00:51So, when the rakyat and when Istana says we are doing a good job to me, only then we will
00:59consider that we have achieved the KPIs.
01:02But if one of them is, whether it's insistency diraja or rakyat memberi feedback that we are not doing a
01:12good job to me, we are not doing a good job.
01:15So, we are always very alert and sensitive about feedback.
01:23So, obviously, one of the ways that we get feedback is through social media.
01:28But in social media, sometimes there are a lot of fake accounts.
01:31And that's why I like to go down to the ground to see and hear myself, you know,
01:39So, yeah, I mean, whether we are doing a good job or not, it really depends on both the institusi
01:48diraja and rakyat.
01:50Alhamdulillah, setakat ini, majority inilah the feedback that we are getting is quite positive.
01:57Mungkin sekiranya BN kembali mendapat mandat untuk membentuk kerajaan negeri, apakah agenda atau perkara paling utama yang akan Datuk laksanakan
02:07dalam tempoh 100 hari pentadbiran?
02:11Every day to me is the 100 days. We don't wait for 100 days.
02:15But Alhamdulillah, you know, we've got the momentum going ready for the past four years, four and a half years.
02:22We've been working very hard.
02:27And jika, insyaAllah, bila rakyat bagi mandat kepada kami lagi, we will continue on that momentum.
02:34Because the vision is Maji Johor. Maji Johor 2030, kan?
02:38So, we are only at the halfway mark.
02:42So, there's still a lot to do.
02:46But having said that, syukur Alhamdulillah, in my opinion, there has a lot,
02:50there has been a lot of success stories.
02:53We want to build on that and make it better.
02:57And most importantly, obviously, we want to deliver to the rakyat lah.
03:02Based on that momentum.
03:03Dari segi pemilihan calon yang akan diletakkan di dun-dun kursi, di dun-dun kursi semua,
03:11kita tengok, Datuk pilih macam mana?
03:13Orang muda ke? Orang lama ke? Ataupun gabung sekali?
03:16Lebih ramai orang muda ke?
03:18Dia, bagi saya, tua muda, it's not the main factor.
03:27In terms of calon, dia mesti boleh berkhidmat kepada rakyat.
03:31Tak guna ada orang muda yang ada tenaga, tetapi dia tak boleh berkhidmat.
03:37Dia tak boleh servis rakyat.
03:39Sebab at the end of the day, for every politician,
03:42apa niat kita nak jadi wakil rakyat?
03:45Niat kita adalah untuk berkhidmat.
03:48Niat kita ialah untuk berbakti kepada bangsa.
03:50Jadi, to me, berdasarkan kawasan,
03:55kita akan memilih berdasarkan
03:57the most acceptable and winnable candidate.
04:01So, ada mixture lah.
04:04Ada Melayu, ada Cina, ada India.
04:07Ada tua, ada muda.
04:09So, memang itu kan semangat barisan nasional daripada dulu.
04:14So, we will continue.
04:18We are not setting a ratio.
04:21Or kota, tak.
04:22So, dengan makna kata lain,
04:24calon tu mesti adalah orang tempatan,
04:26or yang dikenalan?
04:27Dia,
04:28dia mesti
04:30calon yang dapat ditima oleh masyarakat.
04:33So, dia seperti yang Presiden cakap,
04:361 HE1?
04:37Ah, ya, betul.
04:38So, the decision is not mine alone.
04:41Obviously, saya akan mendapat
04:44kelulusan daripada Presiden.
04:45Dan pucuk pimpinan parti lah, kan.
04:49Betul.
04:49Now, we are talking about candidates next week.
04:52Is, how's your talks with the opponents,
04:56especially of moving seats like you all want Tenggara,
04:58and MCA wants layang-layang?
05:00So, how are the seat negotiations?
05:01Ini soalan sekat jarang.
05:05That's why saya kata,
05:06kita belum finalise.
05:09We are still talking.
05:11I'm still talking to Tan Sri Vicky, YB Ravin.
05:15I'm still talking to Dato' Sri Vicky Kasyong, YB Asun, YB Lee.
05:20We are still talking because we have time.
05:24You know,
05:24we are still talking about
05:29we are still talking about
05:30and also,
05:31we are going to decide the best for the party.
05:34That's why I cannot reveal too much
05:36because it's not finalised.
05:38You know,
05:39there are 80% there.
05:40But even in 80%,
05:42you know,
05:42in politics,
05:44that can even change
05:45at the very last minute.
05:47So, that's why,
05:49I don't want to give you
05:51wrong information
05:51or false information.
05:55Yelah,
05:56let's give,
05:57nak finalise nama,
05:58tempat,
05:5980%.
06:00Tapi,
06:00dalam 80% tu,
06:02kadang-kadang,
06:02boleh berbuas juga.
06:04You know,
06:05nothing is cast in stone
06:08until the day you get your watikah.
06:18to the day you
06:18are line up.
06:19So then,
06:19you should Beat veio even
06:19up.
06:20lå like that one by mistake!
06:20You know,
06:20you're going to lift for the call,
06:20to get the closest thing!
06:21I kind of wait,
