00:00Hey, my name is Preeti Day, and I'm from New York, and I came to Kairani for 16 days.
00:08My job program was partly weight loss and partly also more treatment for my back aches and shoulder joints,
00:18and just trying to get some wellness treatment so that I could be more dejuvenated and have a higher energy.
00:30What I saw on their website was very exciting and kind of attracted me to come here, among all the
00:39other places in Kerala.
00:41And so I chose to come, and I wasn't disappointed.
00:47I haven't told anybody that this is one of the best programs if you're ever looking for something that's peaceful,
00:54something that really forces you to focus on yourself, whether it's yoga, meditation, the treatment, the therapies, and food,
01:05and the people in Jandala, and the campus itself is just awesome.
01:10It really allows you to focus on yourself.
01:15And I have to say, the best experience was with the treatment, once the doctors consulted.
01:23The therapists, they're so skilled, and they're friendly, immersive, and professional enough that it gives you an experience that is
01:37like nothing else.
01:39I cannot really describe it, but it was very happy.
01:44You know, at the end of every treatment, I was happy, I was sometimes tired, but I felt very energized
01:51about myself.
01:53The yoga was also great.
01:56Every morning, for me to follow a strict schedule and come here was like very important.
02:03The kitchen staff, the kitchen staff, the restaurant, the chefs, unbelievably great food, though it's vegetarian, but it's so tasty.
02:12I even learned to make some of the, you know, soups and salads and the preparations.
02:18They were awesome.
02:20I really had to thank them.
02:21And the staff at the restaurant were also great, open, professional, and made sure that you stuck to your diet
02:29properly.
02:29And that was very essential for me, sort of being, you know, like, wanting to, getting tempted to have something
02:36different.
02:37The housekeeping staff was also wonderful.
02:40They kept my room always even tiny and clean, and I always came with a smile.
02:47It was, you know, everybody on the campus was friendly, no matter whether they were cleaning the gardens, or they
02:55were doing anything.
02:55They always smiled at you, they always made you feel like you were at home, and I really, really appreciate
03:01that.
03:02I mean, it was a great, great experience.
