00:06is a straightforward process so first you need to click and drag your mouse to highlight all the
00:13cells that contain the data you want to include in the graph so make sure to include the header
00:20columns in your selection and then navigate to the insert tab on the excel ribbon at the top of
00:27the screen click on that and in the chart group you need to insert the line or the area chart

00:35on that and at the drop down menu will appear choose the style you prefer under the 2d line and

00:43is i'll be prefer this style so once you click the preferred style actually instantly generate the
00:50graph and drop it onto your worksheet so a standard line graph will be inserted and the these dots
00:57at each data point which is the highly recommended for making individual data pointers to easier to
01:04read so if you want to change the title double click the placeholder text the chart title on
01:11the graph and type in the descriptive title for example sales chart click outside so if you want
01:22to change the style or color for this you need to select the chart and click on the chart design

01:28top ribbon and then browse the pre-made chart styles like this one if you want prefer this style you

01:37select it it's up to you which one you like it so if you add anything in the data you

02:11so if you want to change the color of the line you need to select the line and click on

02:18tab on the top ribbon and go to the shape outlines click on that and change the color of your

02:34of your choice to green like this one if you want to change the color of the values then select

02:42and go to the format and again go to the shape outline and select the color of your choice
