00:00:15I am so happy to have made it to the top six.
00:00:20I have struggled as of late with a little bit of second guessing.
00:00:24It's really hard not to take the judges' critiques too personally.
00:00:30Because the stakes are so high right now.
00:00:34These are the best of the best.
00:00:35And the thing that has me the most nervous right now is that any little mistake could send you home.
00:00:49It's been too long since I won my last challenge.
00:00:52And this is not the time to fade.
00:00:55But I'm having so much fun with Glutiful.
00:00:59I feel like we did amazing.
00:01:01So I really want to win this challenge because I want to be the first queen to have three wins.
00:01:19Oh, I got a leg today.
00:01:26Oh, yay.
00:01:27I'm the only one that hasn't gotten a leg.
00:01:29You got a leg?
00:01:30Yeah, it wasn't given to me.
00:01:33No, I told them I didn't want one.
00:01:35Oh, then why are you complaining to the beach?
00:01:36Just to complain.
00:01:38Oh, my word.
00:01:40Oh, my God.
00:01:42My silicone is frozen.
00:01:43Oh, gosh.
00:01:44My feet hurt.
00:01:45And my lashes are coming off on my face.
00:01:47Oh, yes, beauty.
00:01:48I love, I love me some Peppermint with her blonde hair and some big door knocker earrings.
00:01:52Yeah, you look so cute.
00:01:54Oh, thank you.
00:01:55Gorgeous.
00:01:56Yes.
00:01:56So what did y'all think about this one?
00:01:58It was definitely hard.
00:02:01The hardest challenge, absolutely.
00:02:03It was a lot.
00:02:03It was stressful today.
00:02:05This has been one of the most stressful runway days.
00:02:08Yeah.
00:02:08Because there was still so much unknown.
00:02:10We didn't know what these men would look like.
00:02:12Yeah.
00:02:12When we had to put them in face and ourselves in face.
00:02:15We had to do a performance that we have truly, like, hardly rehearsed.
00:02:18Yeah.
00:02:18Compared with other stuff we've performed here.
00:02:21Well, let's start by a clear congrats to Sasha and Trinity for the clear top critiques of the week.
00:02:30Thank you very much.
00:02:31Well deserved.
00:02:31Good job, girls.
00:02:33So, how does everybody feel about their experience with their crew member?
00:02:37I think Wintergreen did a great job.
00:02:39I'm super proud of her.
00:02:40That's me?
00:02:41She could perform.
00:02:42When you finished painting her mug in the workroom, that mug she was pulling.
00:02:47Bitch, when I said, let me look at her, and she looked at me, she looked at me, I thought,
00:02:52are you trying to fight me, bitch?
00:02:54I created a monster.
00:02:56I have to say, I spooked myself.
00:02:59I kept looking at my little sister, and I was like.
00:03:04As I was painting her, I was worried.
00:03:06I was like, I think her makeup is better than mine today.
00:03:09And I was like, they're going to read me.
00:03:11They're going to be like, she outshined you.
00:03:13But I felt like our family resemblance was spot on.
00:03:17I'm not going to deny it.
00:03:18It's a leotard and a catsuit.
00:03:19That being said, I did sew these.
00:03:22I had to tailor it to Ryan's body.
00:03:24Creating a garment that can fit the kind of curve that I have is not the easiest thing.
00:03:29I feel that there's some accomplishment in that.
00:03:31So, it hurt a little bit having them say it looked like Halloween store costumes.
00:03:36I would have loved to get higher marks from Zaldi because I admire his work.
00:03:42I want to know, Sasha, what did it feel like getting those critiques from Zaldi?
00:03:46Incredible.
00:03:47Oh my God.
00:03:48I've straight up ripped off designs.
00:03:50That's all they did.
00:03:52Because he's an incredible designer.
00:03:54Incredible.
00:03:55So important for the art of drag and that drag design specifically.
00:03:59I have to say, Sasha, kudos to you.
00:04:01You made a damn bitch out of a strong, handsome face.
00:04:04Serious kudos to you.
00:04:06While you were mapping that out, I thought to myself, Sasha is in deep here.
00:04:10I thought so too.
00:04:11She's in deep.
00:04:11But all of a sudden, the next time I looked, it was like, she's a velour.
00:04:15She's a velour.
00:04:17Thank you because I had a moment.
00:04:18We all think Duncan is an incredibly attractive man.
00:04:22Sexy.
00:04:22Obviously.
00:04:23Delfy.
00:04:23And you know, I was just like, oh, he's handsome.
00:04:26He's going to be such a pretty girl.
00:04:27I started painting that face and I was like, oh.
00:04:31She's like, what did I sign up for?
00:04:33Because he has an incredibly, like, traditionally masculine face.
00:04:37Big jaw.
00:04:38Uh-huh.
00:04:38But I found a way.
00:04:39This is why I was the last one done.
00:04:41Because I, like, went a couple wrong directions first.
00:04:43I was like, oh, oh, oh, let me erase that.
00:04:45Doing someone's makeup for the first time on a different face that's not your own.
00:04:48And then also, when your muscles are trained to go a certain way when you're doing this,
00:04:52and then you have to, like, reverse it and you're like, oh.
00:04:54Right.
00:04:55I tell y'all what, you know, Rizzo is, for the most part,
00:04:58he was a lot easier than the rest of y'all because of his build.
00:05:01But that face.
00:05:02The face was not easy.
00:05:03The face was not easy.
00:05:04No, no, no, no, I give you way credit for that.
00:05:05That face.
00:05:06You look gorgeous.
00:05:06You're sissy that face.
00:05:07That face was not easy.
00:05:09Y'all already know I have, like, a crush on Rizzo.
00:05:12That was part of it.
00:05:13And I was like, how am I going to be this close to him and, like, not, like, wet myself?
00:05:20Not slip him a roofie?
00:05:21But the thing is, is, like, as soon as, like, we started, like, I could tell that he was really
00:05:27serious.
00:05:27And then, obviously, like, I'm very serious about drag in this competition.
00:05:31So it, like, it wasn't even an issue.
00:05:33And, like, even when I had to tuck, like, help him tuck, I didn't even, those didn't even cross my
00:05:38mind.
00:05:38I can't wait for him to get out of drag.
00:05:39So now I can, you know.
00:05:40Sexually harass him again.
00:05:41No, now I kind of look at him as my sister.
00:05:44So I'm kind of turned off now.
00:05:45I'm like, I've moved off.
00:05:48What next cameraman?
00:05:50What's the next cameraman?
00:05:52You, that's good.
00:05:53You got to watch that.
00:05:55You want some of these?
00:05:58Oh, no.
00:06:05Arm hair, arm hair.
00:06:07I'm just like, oh.
00:06:14I was just going to say, this challenge was so, such a beautiful and important concept.
00:06:19I feel like our philosophy, me and Shay, was to give people pairings that would be successful.
00:06:24Yeah.
00:06:24Like, where there was some kind of connection.
00:06:26If it wasn't, like, a physical pairing, we just kind of really wanted to pair, like, people's, like, personalities and
00:06:30energies.
00:06:31Yeah, like, with Nina, I felt, like, the energy and also the artistry.
00:06:35The artist and the tattoos were, like, Aaron's the art guy.
00:06:38He's got, like, tattoos.
00:06:39He's edgy.
00:06:39Him and Nina will get along well.
00:06:41Famously, yeah.
00:06:41Yeah, so that's really, we really wanted to be, like, fair.
00:06:44I think y'all were super fair.
00:06:45Yeah, we're not like, Shay, too.
00:06:47I just want to say, because this is, because I think this will be, and I don't care what y
00:06:50'all say.
00:06:51I'm being negative.
00:06:52This is going to be my last untucked.
00:06:53You know, y'all won't have to deal with Nina's negativity anymore.
00:06:56Because, Shay, I think you will be in the bottom for the first time.
00:07:00For the first time, girl.
00:07:01But you've done perfect throughout this whole competition.
00:07:03So don't even let it get to you.
00:07:05I'm not sad.
00:07:06I'm not mad.
00:07:07I'm almost debating on, and I know y'all will curse me out, but I'm almost debating on not lip
00:07:12-syncing.
00:07:13Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:07:14Hit me up.
00:07:15There's nothing I would hear that would change your mind.
00:07:17No, listen, only because I know, I just don't have the, this time around, I don't have the drive to
00:07:24really give a performance.
00:07:25Okay.
00:07:26I don't, because third time, I'm just like, and this is too much, too much to sing a bitch.
00:07:31This is too much for me.
00:07:32Can I, can I just plead with you, Nina?
00:07:34No, go ahead, no, go ahead, no, go ahead, Tom.
00:07:36Because I do think that I'm going to be lip-syncing.
00:07:38I really do.
00:07:38And it wouldn't feel good for me.
00:07:41It wouldn't feel like I did anything if you didn't do anything.
00:07:47I don't want people to be like, we'll say one night lip-syncing on a technicality.
00:07:51You know what I'm saying?
00:07:52Like, if I'm going to lip-sync against somebody, I want them to bring it, and I want you to
00:07:56bring it and give it your all.
00:07:57You may stay.
00:07:57You may stay.
00:07:59You may, you know, you're really good at lip-syncing.
00:08:01Don't give up, because you're, it's not just you, girl.
00:08:04There's people out there that are following this show and are following your story.
00:08:08And want you to be here.
00:08:09And you have inspired them, and you have an obligation to follow through.
00:08:13I don't care what mentally is going on with you, but you are now a big brother or big sister
00:08:19to somebody that you don't even know.
00:08:20You're a role model now.
00:08:22So suck it up.
00:08:24Be a man.
00:08:24Be a woman.
00:08:25And do your job as an entertainer.
00:08:28And entertain, girl.
00:08:29Don't just give up.
00:08:30That is such a...
00:08:32Coward thing.
00:08:32I know, but, you know, I'm being punished for sending Valentina home.
00:08:36No, but I'll...
00:08:37She sent herself home.
00:08:38No, no.
00:08:38The thing is, girl, this is the top six.
00:08:42People are going home.
00:08:44But I just, Shay...
00:08:45It does not matter.
00:08:47Well, I just think Shay really deserves to be here.
00:08:48Then if she deserves it, she will slay you instead.
00:08:51If she's going to slay me into a coma.
00:08:52Then you need to...
00:08:53But you don't need to just give up.
00:08:55You don't want to regret this tomorrow.
00:08:57Also, more than anything, our job here is to entertain.
00:09:01Yeah.
00:09:02You are good at that, girl.
00:09:03And what...
00:09:03You are a good entertainer.
00:09:05You said that that was about Shay.
00:09:06What if it was somebody else?
00:09:07What if it was Pepper?
00:09:08What if it was me?
00:09:09It was me, bitch.
00:09:09Oh, same thing.
00:09:10I would say you deserve to be here because, you know, I'm the one that's kind of been in
00:09:12the bottom the most.
00:09:13But that's it.
00:09:15You know, we can change the subject.
00:09:16Why does this have to be a good subject every single time we are in a group?
00:09:19Yeah.
00:09:20How do you feel, Pepper, man?
00:09:21I feel exactly the same way you ladies do.
00:09:24Nina, I think you are special.
00:09:25I think that Shay, you were right, Shay is a very strong contender.
00:09:30I think that's very apparent.
00:09:31I think that I agree that the judges like you and they want to see more from you.
00:09:34I do not want this to turn into this 30 minutes that we have left, us trying to cheer Nina
00:09:39up.
00:09:40Hello, ladies.
00:09:41Oh, my goodness.
00:09:42Oh, my God.
00:09:43What?
00:09:44Burgers.
00:09:45Ladies, gather around.
00:09:47Treats.
00:09:47Mary's calling.
00:09:49What are those ones in the center?
00:09:50Are those fried mac and cheese balls?
00:09:52Oh, yes, they are.
00:09:52Do I see a vegetarian?
00:09:55You sure do.
00:09:57Move, honey.
00:09:57I'm actually starving.
00:09:58What is this?
00:09:59Can we eat?
00:10:00Burgers.
00:10:00I think veggie burgers and regular burgers and mac and cheese balls.
00:10:06That's good.
00:10:07Those are great.
00:10:08You're welcome.
00:10:09These are great.
00:10:10Want one?
00:10:11I can't open my mouth that wide.
00:10:13Cheese balls.
00:10:14It looks like the queens care about the food more than they care about us.
00:10:17What's up with that?
00:10:18Oh, no.
00:10:22Come over here.
00:10:24Thank you, Hamburger Mary's.
00:10:25What you drinking, baby?
00:10:27A little cram vodka, girl.
00:10:28A little vodka cram.
00:10:29Learn from your mother.
00:10:31Vodka soda.
00:10:32Vodka soda.
00:10:32Less calories?
00:10:33Less calories.
00:10:34I need to watch my figure.
00:10:35I was the voluptuous bitch today.
00:10:37Cheers.
00:10:38Cheers.
00:10:39I love looking around and watching all you guys sing in your chairs like,
00:10:41You guys are so...
00:10:44I know.
00:10:44When I'm in untucked, I still try to sit like a lady.
00:10:47Hey, babe, just cross her legs.
00:10:48There you go.
00:10:49It's literally physically impossible for me to do it.
00:10:52Rizzo, how is your tuck now that you were...
00:10:54Gone.
00:10:55You were able to get...
00:10:56Did you put that skirt back on?
00:10:58It's gone.
00:10:59Is your dick just hanging out now?
00:11:00You made her a skirt?
00:11:01Yeah.
00:11:02Well, we had skirts to begin with and ripped them off.
00:11:04Oh, they had a reveal.
00:11:05We had a reveal.
00:11:06Thank God not another reveal.
00:11:28I have a question for the crew.
00:11:33Who's been on this show the first year?
00:11:35Who's the first year on the show?
00:11:36This is my first year.
00:11:37This is my first season.
00:11:39My sis.
00:11:39Second year.
00:11:41Third.
00:11:43Fourth.
00:11:45Fifth.
00:11:46Your fifth year with this show?
00:11:48Two seasons of All Stars and five seasons of Drag Race.
00:11:51Damn!
00:11:52So that's seven seasons.
00:11:53How does today feel for you, having been through more of Drag Race than we have?
00:11:57Oh, it's entirely surreal.
00:11:59There have been so many moments of...
00:12:03Well, there's been such overwhelming fear.
00:12:06I mean, I've always known what y'all do is difficult, and it's so impressive, and it's absolutely amazing.
00:12:13I mean, from the get-go, I've always been amazed by the drag queens on this show.
00:12:20And so I knew that to do something like this was going to be so f***ing difficult.
00:12:24Well, I have to ask you, what was it like, you know, having gone through this experience and getting such
00:12:29amazing praise from the judges and having them receive you so well?
00:12:32Beyond anything that I had hoped for, and thank you so much, Peppermint.
00:12:36Thank you for everything.
00:12:37I was absolutely petrified.
00:12:40But something in me clicked that if you're that scared of it, then you probably need to do it.
00:12:45Yeah.
00:12:45Duncan, how long have you been on this show?
00:12:47Yeah, yeah.
00:12:48I have Surge beat by one season.
00:12:50Wow!
00:12:52Eight seasons.
00:12:53Wow.
00:12:55You've done five, right?
00:12:56Well, I've done five.
00:12:57Aaron.
00:12:57He's done drag.
00:12:58You, too.
00:12:59How many have you done, Aaron?
00:13:00Six.
00:13:00Oh, six.
00:13:01Six plus all-stars.
00:13:02Six plus all-stars.
00:13:04Wow.
00:13:05Has this been the hardest?
00:13:06This is a tough one, but it's like a tough love, you know what I mean?
00:13:10I will always come back to this show, you know?
00:13:13Even if offered more money on another show during the same dates, I will come to this
00:13:17one, you know what I mean?
00:13:18That is the spirit of drag.
00:13:20That is it.
00:13:21Because Lord knows we don't make no money.
00:13:23Because we don't make no money.
00:13:25I mean, we always operate at a loss.
00:13:28Always, always.
00:13:28Always.
00:13:28It's a labor of love.
00:13:29Because you spend so much money on the load.
00:13:31Years ago, before I really got a day job, there would be days, when I was 20, 21, that
00:13:38I would be like, should I pay my rent or should I go buy a gown?
00:13:43Or should I finish the left cheek?
00:13:46Yay!
00:13:49Oh my God!
00:13:51The shade!
00:13:54Don't try it, bitch.
00:13:56Wait a minute.
00:13:56So you've learned shade, evidently.
00:13:59Clearly.
00:14:00Is there any, what have you learned?
00:14:02Has anything changed after this experience for the crew queens, this question is for?
00:14:07Definitely.
00:14:07As far as my perceptive of what you do, I mean, I had no idea all the different facets
00:14:12that were involved in the drag.
00:14:13Like, I was just, being removed from it, thought, you know, it is a man dressing like a woman
00:14:18and they'll put on a show.
00:14:19All you guys are just so talented across the board.
00:14:21As far as, I mean, your seamstresses, your actors, your comedians, your dancers, your performers.
00:14:28I've worked on lots of shows.
00:14:30I've been in TV for 10 years.
00:14:31I've done singing competitions and, like, big talent shows and all that.
00:14:35And never have they ever expected all those things from the contestants like they do from you.
00:14:40They expect you to be so well-rounded across the board.
00:14:43I have a whole new respect for you.
00:14:44And I think what you do is amazing.
00:14:45It's really eye-opening and I'm glad that I was part of this.
00:14:48Please, five minutes.
00:14:50Thank you, five.
00:14:54I'm feeling disappointed in myself.
00:14:59I have fought so hard to make it this far.
00:15:04So if I'm in the bottom two, I have to show them exactly why I deserve to be here.
00:15:13I'm just going to slay it.
00:15:24Here I am taking my place in the bottom again.
00:15:27I may have to look for my life.
00:15:30So I have to pick myself up and try to show the judges that I'm still here.
00:15:40I'm just kind of like, let me just get through this.
00:15:48All right, ladies, time to go to the main stage.
00:15:51I'm going to need you to give me a second hiney.
00:15:54This was great.
00:15:55My pleasure.
00:15:56That's how we do it.
00:15:57Go get them.
00:16:00Thank you so much.
00:16:03You really brought it today.
00:16:07Good luck, ladies.
00:16:10Ladies, gotta go, gotta go.
00:16:12We got everybody, one, three, four, five.
00:16:17Duncan, we're going to take you guys over.
00:16:18Only if there's a drink waiting for me over there.
00:16:20Drinking this is going to make me have to go to the bathroom.
00:16:22I don't even know if it's physically possible.
00:16:23I know.
00:16:24Gotta go right now.
00:16:26Right now.
00:16:26No time.
00:16:30Welcome back, ladies.
00:16:31Here we go.
00:16:33I've made some decisions.
00:16:35I love Ru's outfit today.
00:16:37Nina Bonina Brown, your bunny looks did not make the judges hoppy.
00:16:44Just remember.
00:16:45I'm sorry, my dear, but you are up for elimination.
00:16:47Not what anyone here did.
00:16:51I tried, man.
00:16:52She was lucky to have you.
00:16:53Definitely.
00:16:54It was absolutely not on you, man.
00:16:55Chez Coulee, your makeover of bae was not okay.
00:17:02I'm sorry, my dear, but you are up for elimination.
00:17:05Oh, no.
00:17:06Thank goodness.
00:17:08Don't forget, it's not on y'all.
00:17:10I know, but I want her to win, you know?
00:17:12And I want to make sure that I did my best for her, you know?
00:17:16Like, it's not about me.
00:17:17You did.
00:17:18You did.
00:17:18I know, but she deserves at least to not be here right now.
00:17:23At least I feel.
00:17:24The good news is, Shay's going to work it in the lip sync.
00:17:26I know she is, and I'm excited to see that, but it's just, I don't want her to be here
00:17:31in this position.
00:17:32Ladies, this is your last chance to impress me.
00:17:37She just better work it.
00:17:38And save yourself from elimination.
00:17:44The time has come to lip sync for your life.
00:18:19Ladies, I've made my decision.
00:18:23Shay Coulay, shantay you stay.
00:18:32Nina Bonina Brown, Andre Charles.
00:18:36Baby, you are part of my family now.
00:18:41Now, sashay away.
00:18:48That's not on you.
00:18:49No, I know.
00:18:50It's way tougher when you're part of it.
00:18:51Right?
00:18:52Yeah, it is.
00:18:52I feel invested.
00:18:53You know, because you're some tatted up mother with a septum piercing, and f***ing pierced
00:18:58that I could put my whole thumb through your ears.
00:19:00But you're a sensitive guy.
00:19:01You know, people say, oh, don't take this personal.
00:19:04You're f***ing with somebody.
00:19:05No, no, no, no, no.
00:19:06Someone's fighting for their f***ing legacy.
00:19:09You know what I'm saying?
00:19:09It's hard.
00:19:10Like, this means the world to them.
00:19:18Sue me.
00:19:22I think I might.
00:19:33Top five, b***hs.
00:19:37Now, remember, if you can't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else
00:19:41can I get amen up in here?
00:19:56I didn't really have any expectations of how far I would make it.
00:19:59You know, I just accomplished a goal by being here.
00:20:04I made it to the top six.
00:20:07But what I want people to learn from me is don't do what I've done and just to not get
00:20:16in your head.
00:20:17I'm happy that I decided to, you know, pick myself up and go through this lip sync.
00:20:26I'm proud of myself.
00:20:46Really what I've learned from this experience is always keep your head up in hopes and faith.
00:20:53Believe in yourself.
00:20:54Even when people say it's not going to happen, believe in yourself and stick with a positive
00:20:58mind.
00:21:00Make your dreams come true and just take full advantage of any opportunity.
00:21:06It's going to happen.
00:21:46This is going to be interesting.
00:21:59Well, you know, I did my best of what I could do.
00:22:05I finally made it to RuPaul's Drag Race.
00:22:10I've been auditioning and auditioning and finally made it on.
00:22:17I didn't think I would make it this far, but I did.
00:22:23I wish I could have went a little further, but I did what I could do.
00:22:32Well, why am I getting emotional?
00:22:38But me and the Bernina Brown made it on Drag Race.
00:22:41They can't say I didn't make it on, and hopefully this will open other doors to bigger things.
00:22:51Hopefully this isn't the end of my journey.
00:22:56I really wish I wasn't a padding queen.
00:22:59Why can't I have silicone like Trinity so I don't have to pack all this shit?
00:23:06Girls, you got me through season nine.
00:23:09Not until then, but you did a good job, and I really appreciate you for all you've done for me.
00:23:14Thanks.
00:23:19Oh, my God.
00:23:21They actually love me.
00:23:26Oh, my gosh.
00:23:28I feel like Ru genuinely understood me, and I think that's how we connected.
00:23:33I think he's seen a little of me in him, and he rooted for me without saying he's rooting for
00:23:40me through his eyes.
00:23:42And so what I want to say to Ru is, I hope that I made you proud of what I
00:23:48could do, and just thank you.
00:23:52Thanks for giving me a chance.
00:23:54Thanks.
00:24:13I hope I was able to inspire some people to believe in themselves and have confidence.
00:24:37Thank you, camera people.
00:24:59Sue me.
00:25:41Shea and Sasha both threw me under the bus on the runway, and the judges see my village people.
00:25:48realness as being subpar.
00:25:52So, I'm not feeling safe right now.
00:26:10All right, camera's ready?
00:26:12Set.
00:26:12Set.
00:26:13All right, clap slate.
00:26:15Set.
00:26:16All right, Josh.
00:26:40So, I just want to start out by saying specifically to you, Alexis, because I threw you under the bus.
00:26:45I feel like there are ways that you can go even further to be the fullest Alexis Michelle fantasy.
00:26:52And honestly, I think based on the critiques, it will be probably the two of you lip syncing.
00:26:56And in all honesty, the reason why I picked you, Alexis, is because I could see you having these, like,
00:27:02struggles.
00:27:03And maybe I could have been a better sister and try to talk you up and encourage you more, but
00:27:11at this point in the game, I was really focused on trying to get my s*** done myself.
00:27:17And I just felt that this week just wasn't your strongest weight.
00:27:21We had to name somebody, and that's the way the cookie crumbles.
00:27:24It's tough.
00:27:24I actually take the two of you picking me as a compliment.
00:27:29Because I think you all know that I'm fierce competition.
00:27:32And it would be convenient to get rid of me tonight.
00:27:39The reason I just want to say, I mean, I'm glad that you are fierce competition.
00:27:45You are sickening.
00:27:46I love you.
00:27:48This is not my favorite outfit.
00:27:49I do not like the skirt, girl.
00:27:51We didn't have a chance to talk about it.
00:27:52You didn't ask my opinion.
00:27:54Truthfully, that is why I chose to select you.
00:27:56It's not personal.
00:27:57It's my taste.
00:27:58I definitely went for, like, a modern, ready-to-wear thing.
00:28:01And they wanted more focused on fashion.
00:28:03I don't think that there's anything, even though I wanted it to look like something wearable,
00:28:09there's nothing ready-to-wear about this corset.
00:28:12I'm gagging.
00:28:13If I gag anymore, I'm going to lose stones.
00:28:16I appreciate that, like, the skirt is very ready-to-wear.
00:28:20It's definitely, you buy it at Saks after going and seeing the runway show.
00:28:25I get it.
00:28:25I don't see high fashion in all of you.
00:28:29Trinity, I love your look.
00:28:31I think that you're walking the costume line just a little.
00:28:34I love costumes.
00:28:35Yes, of course.
00:28:35And Peppermint, I'm so sorry, but for me, this looks like a less expensive costume.
00:28:39It was less expensive.
00:28:40I'm the only one here, no shade to anybody, who's wearing every single thing except for
00:28:45this and these boots that didn't get actually made from just the squares of fabric.
00:28:48Girl, no, please.
00:28:49The only thing I'm wearing that I didn't make is my hat and my shoe.
00:28:52And it's leather, and it doesn't go through the sewing machine very well, and I don't
00:28:56sew.
00:28:57So, yes, it is tacky.
00:28:59Leather man on a drag show will always be costumed, so I'm fine with it.
00:29:04And I think it's super tacky and costumey.
00:29:07Look, it's not even leather.
00:29:08It's leather.
00:29:08It's plastic.
00:29:09And I'm not clocking your work.
00:29:11You worked your ass off, for sure.
00:29:12I know I did, so I'm okay with it.
00:29:14This is the thing about this.
00:29:16I love what you're wearing because it looks like something you would wear.
00:29:20If I would have gotten Native American, I would have done it how I did the Indian costume.
00:29:25I love drag.
00:29:26I love costume.
00:29:27I love tacky.
00:29:28I love glue.
00:29:29Anything I can find, I'm going to glue on it.
00:29:3114 patches, okay?
00:29:33I mean, I told you, I don't love your hair.
00:29:35I would have did a side braid.
00:29:38I told you that, though.
00:29:40If you decide to go with your vision, that's your vision.
00:29:42But I would have also had feathers sticking out of my ass.
00:29:46I mean, ladies, we have a special message today.
00:29:51Oh, f***.
00:29:53Hi, Alex.
00:29:54So excited to send you a message as you've arrived in Hollywood.
00:29:59I love the RuPaul quote that we're born naked and everything else is drag.
00:30:04You have the love and the passion for the stage from age three when you play the role of Ferdinand
00:30:10the bull.
00:30:11I'm so proud of you.
00:30:12And I still remember when, as a little kid, you would go around and tell people you got
00:30:17your good singing voice from me, even though I'm your stepdad.
00:30:20So I love that quasi-genetic connection.
00:30:24You came so close to not applying to RuPaul's drag race this year.
00:30:29I'm so glad you did.
00:30:30This is a dream come true.
00:30:32Come back with the dream.
00:30:34Bring home that crown.
00:30:35Go for number one.
00:30:37Love you.
00:30:38Bye.
00:30:41That was beautiful.
00:30:43That was really beautiful to see.
00:30:47You okay?
00:30:48Don't lose a lash.
00:30:51I miss them a lot.
00:30:53I'm good to hear their voice.
00:30:54Just feeling a lot of emotions.
00:30:55I'm so fortunate to have the kind of support that I've had from my family.
00:31:07I know that just by being here and by getting this far is not letting them down, but it would
00:31:13just be hard to come this close and, you know, have to go home right now.
00:31:17So I don't want to just remember everything happens for a reason.
00:31:23There's a reason why we made it this far.
00:31:25And for one of us, it's going to be the last time.
00:31:29And who's ever turn it is to go lip sync.
00:31:32Just do your best and know that this is top five out of 14 girls out of the whole country.
00:31:39Like this was not easy and it was a feat in itself.
00:31:43And your life is going to change after this, no matter what.
00:31:46Okay, so don't go into this last bit of the night in a negative mindset because for two
00:31:56people, we've got a lip sync.
00:31:58Yeah.
00:31:58And you want to do your best.
00:32:01Yeah.
00:32:02So get out of your head.
00:32:03Okay.
00:32:04And remember why you're here and put that energy into something positive and fun because that's
00:32:12inevitably what's going to keep you here.
00:32:13That's inevitably what's going to make you win.
00:32:16Okay.
00:32:17I'm going to go get my iPod.
00:32:18All right, girl.
00:32:20I'm going to go pee.
00:32:20Thanks, girls.
00:32:21Yes.
00:32:22You're welcome.
00:32:23If only I could get stones.
00:32:28My pussy is burning boots, bitch.
00:32:45I love all these girls and I felt it was hard to say things negatively because when you're
00:32:52already feeling critiqued and worried, it's hard to hear people that you care about.
00:32:56I'll be like, oh, yeah.
00:32:57Echo those concerns.
00:32:58Not to reach you because I'm going to reach you a little bit.
00:33:02It's like they pick and choose things.
00:33:04Like your rainbow wasn't rainbow at all, but they loved it.
00:33:08Like if it's not up to the challenge, it doesn't matter if somebody sold it or not.
00:33:13They didn't do the challenge.
00:33:14Well, here's my thing.
00:33:15When it comes to fashion, a really wonderful piece of advice that I got from someone is
00:33:22fashion does two things that you should always pay attention to.
00:33:25How it makes you feel and how it makes other people feel when they see you in it.
00:33:31Was it necessarily all the colors of the rainbow?
00:33:33If it had been more electric, if the colors had been more electric, would it have changed
00:33:38the way that they felt?
00:33:39Because they literally called me out and they said, girl, they said, Shay, Miss Kool-Aid,
00:33:45that was not rainbow mama.
00:33:47However, you made us feel good.
00:33:49The way that you came out here, the way that you sold it, the way that you wore it, you
00:33:53know, that dress is sickening.
00:33:56No, I'm not saying I'm not taking away from the dress.
00:33:58The dress is amazing.
00:33:58I totally understand that.
00:33:59You decided that this would work because it was close enough and it was a dress that
00:34:03you loved.
00:34:04Yeah.
00:34:04It was colorful.
00:34:05It felt like it had a lot of colors in it.
00:34:08The majority of my outfit was color.
00:34:10I'm not saying, oh, my rainbow look was better than you.
00:34:12And I understand, no, and Trinity, I understand your point as well.
00:34:16What I was trying to do is help you understand their point of view because like you've been in
00:34:21a pageant system, which I know, you know, tends to be a little bit more rigid and
00:34:23by the books, you know, five minute warning.
00:34:26Thank you, five.
00:34:27It's the main stage.
00:34:41I'm potentially facing the end of my journey here at Drag Race.
00:34:46And it's just heartbreaking.
00:34:51A process eight years in the making and I finally made it and I made it all this way.
00:34:57Having my dream slip away right now would be one of the biggest heartbreaks I've ever
00:35:02felt in my life.
00:35:04This isn't where I want this to end.
00:35:06I want to take this all the way.
00:35:09I know that I have what it takes to win the whole shebang.
00:35:14So I have to fight.
00:35:16Show them.
00:35:17Make them see that this is for me.
00:35:31I wasn't feeling very confident about what I presented today.
00:35:37But I don't want to go home.
00:35:39And I don't want to have to lip sync for my life either.
00:35:43I'm not going to win this competition if I'm not in the top four.
00:35:46And this is the moment that decision will be made.
00:35:52So I have to slay this lip sync.
00:36:01All right, ladies.
00:36:02Time to go to main stage.
00:36:04Time to go.
00:36:05Time to go.
00:36:05Time to go.
00:36:06Time to go.
00:36:12Oh, okay.
00:36:13Oh, my God.
00:36:15All right, ladies.
00:36:16Let's walk.
00:36:16All right, ladies.
00:36:17We're walking.
00:36:18Walking, walking.
00:36:20It's right there.
00:36:24Ladies, we've got to go now.
00:36:26Will you carry this?
00:36:28I'm going to put on my gloves.
00:36:31Three, two, four, five.
00:36:39Welcome back, ladies.
00:36:41Based on your performances in the gayest ball ever, I've made some decisions.
00:36:48Alexis Michelle.
00:36:50Peppermint.
00:36:52I'm sorry, but you are up for elimination.
00:36:57The time has come for you to lip sync for your life.
00:37:27Ladies, I've made my decision.
00:37:31Peppermint.
00:37:32Chantay, you stay.
00:37:38Alexis Michelle.
00:37:40To misquote Liza Minnelli, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.
00:37:45Thank you so much.
00:37:50Now, sashay away.
00:38:00Dream big, my girls.
00:38:22Well, look at you, my fat form.
00:38:45I feel like my drag race life is flashing before my eyes.
00:38:51I'm thinking about what could have been, what I should have done differently.
00:38:56It's so surreal.
00:38:58It's like a total out-of-body experience.
00:39:04I feel like the last eight years of my life have come down to this moment.
00:39:14And I feel like the dream is ending.
00:39:30And I feel like the dream is ending.
00:39:40I want to be the best I can be, and this moment doesn't feel the best I can be.
00:40:16I want to be the best I can be.
00:40:18Oh my goodness, come on suitcase let's go, let's do this, oh a big box maybe
00:40:31Shangela's inside, time to pack, oh the girls left me notes
00:40:48I'm so happy I got to meet you, please keep in touch, you're so amazing, Trinity, oh Trinity
00:40:56Oh my god, my girls
00:41:07It's hard to get this close to the finish line and have to pack my bags
00:41:13But it's a big accomplishment for sure
00:41:16I just always felt this connection to Rue and felt like somehow being part of Rue's world was part of
00:41:24my destiny
00:41:27And it really messed with my head all these years trying out for the show and not getting on
00:41:31Because I thought like, did you imagine it, is that not really something that's ever going to come true
00:41:35But the fact that it did come true and I got to be here and I got to be around
00:41:39Rue and I got to make Rue laugh
00:41:43It's a special experience I'll take with me for the rest of my life
00:41:51Oh, here she is boys, here she is world
00:41:55It's Liza
00:41:58I'm forever going to treasure that I won the snatch game
00:42:01I hope Liza likes it
00:42:09Didn't wear this gorgeousness
00:42:15I almost wore this for the roast
00:42:24Oh, another pretty dress I didn't wear on the show

00:45:23actually I can't believe I'm in the top four I worked really hard and I deserve
00:45:27to be here but I have to focus on the fact that there's still more competition
00:45:32to go and I want to win we're so close to the end and I want to be America's next

00:46:28guys that was our last runway I was really emotional for so many reasons
00:46:33like I really love you all so so much you guys are just my sisters and I'm
00:46:41definitely gonna miss you guys I know is that I'm so excited to go home I really
00:46:46am but like because I want to see the family that I've created there but you
00:46:50know we've definitely created a family here and it's been under us the most
00:46:55difficult circumstances I've ever had to deal with in my professional life and I
00:46:59just think the world of each and every one of you I feel like I feel totally the
00:47:02same way we have helped each other shift and grow and change and we've built each
00:47:07other up in moments where we needed it and I think that like if this is where
00:47:11drag is going then the queer world is in good hands like yeah because this is a
00:47:16really magical this is a really magical group there's so many queens that just
00:47:19are missing that sisterhood and that kind of exchange it's important that
00:47:24connection I think and we have it yes this has been a very emotional day I was
00:47:31like literally on the verge of tears the entire time of that because you know I'm
00:47:35just like I'm gonna miss standing on this runway and hearing everyone's voices
00:47:39you're just all so special to me like girl when I get attached y'all better be
00:47:45ready I'm ready you're gonna be like why won't this bitch stop texting me in the
00:47:54morning like hey peppermint how's your day I'd be like hey trendy send me selfies
00:48:00of you and your dogs yes I will yeah and my menses yeah look what I got in my bed
00:48:08haha he's sending me them snaps like excuse me sir I need to take a picture for my
00:48:12my sisters
00:48:14group text perfect
00:48:36so guys how would you say this competition has changed your drag I came
00:48:41here feeling like I was gonna have to defend the drag that I do and I kind of
00:48:48like I came here with my eyebrow painted on like a big like you to your standards
00:48:52of like drag beauty uh-huh and the response that I kind of got was like your
00:48:59drag is beautiful why are you like yelling at us like we're there for it and I feel
00:49:08like I've had to accept that I am a stunning and beautiful queen and that my
00:49:15weirdness is just like the flavor of that beauty yeah yeah and I like I trust
00:49:21myself and my abilities and I don't feel defensive about my drag I feel like fully
00:49:26embodied it and I was not able to say that before this competition has changed my
00:49:31drag and the element of me being able to really fully and deeply trust other drag
00:49:40queens and to be able to learn from them and to openly say hey I'm learning from
00:49:49you it's just like I'm learning and I'm watching these techniques that Trinity's
00:49:53doing or peppermint's doing or Sasha's doing and I watch you guys like because
00:49:58this is a learning experience too you know what I'm saying and I feel like my
00:50:01drag is now richer and deeper and more complex than it was when I came here at
00:50:07my I'm kind of feel the same way you all have like really opened up my mind like
00:50:12that is the biggest change for me here is that I just don't think the same way
00:50:16that's me and it's been hard it's been hard to like come here feeling like you are at your top
00:50:27of your game
00:50:27and then and then realize that you know you have a lot of learning to do and
00:50:32especially about yourself yeah and you guys have been a great support system and
00:50:39great teachers to me so I really appreciate that one thing about you too is like you
00:50:44do have this fierce confidence about you Trinity but you have enough humility to
00:50:50understand I'm sickening but I can still grow thank you what about you peppermint my
00:51:07drag has changed in that it's now completely fortified by my existence as a trans
00:51:20woman which for so long I had to build a really really strong wall between those
00:51:25two things to keep them separate because I only wanted people to know one or the
00:51:29other if you knew me as a trans woman you didn't know that I did drag and if you
00:51:33knew me as a drag queen I had to hide the fact that I was trans from you and it
00:51:38was
00:51:38like it was leading a double life and that was exhausting yeah so I had a chance to
00:51:46really come out of my closet not only to you ladies and the world but to myself and so
00:51:52that's how my drag is has grown just being here I think this season is going to be
00:51:58revolutionary because of of what you've brought to it yeah and when Ru showed you
00:52:04the picture of yourself and and asked you to talk to the four-year-old without
00:52:09gendering it at all I really appreciated that I thought this is a lesson and how
00:52:14people can talk with respect and and how you can still be a part of the exact same
00:52:19conversation I yeah obviously I was very emotional yeah and I was not expecting
00:52:24that where you were you ladies no I wasn't expecting them that and it being
00:52:31emotional at all I wasn't yeah I wasn't expecting how hard it would be to talk to
00:52:35look at myself and talk to her you said something that really touched me which
00:52:40was that you thanked you thanked a little little Shay yeah because now I'm a
00:52:47modified version of that really authentic three-year-old that existed you know
00:52:53before school and kids and being bullied and all of that that that three-year-old was
00:53:00fierce and fearless and just so dynamic and I lost a lot of that light going
00:53:09through a lot of experiences and life and I've had to hold tight on to that true blue
00:53:18individual that would go in and put on mama's bathing suit you know can we toast
00:53:26yes let's toast honey toast ladies to a super fine season four season nine top four and whoever moves on
00:53:39to top
00:53:39three and whichever one of us ends up taking home the crown congratulations and cheers
00:53:45super fine season nine top four forevermore

00:54:27well I was saying you first out of courtesy oh thanks I definitely think uh you and I will
00:54:33both be in the top three I agree with you but regardless of who makes it we have left our
00:54:38mark
00:54:38on this competition yeah and that is what matters and when we leave here I just can't wait

00:54:55to the spa

00:55:17have any of y'all ever been to one of those mm-hmm you have mm-hmm have you Sasha
00:55:22I've never done
00:55:23that it's fun mm-hmm I'm just so self-conscious to do something like that why I don't know girl

00:58:28Look underneath my eyes.
00:58:29It's like horrible looking.
00:58:31Oh, I thought that's how you had done it.
00:58:33Are you shaking?
00:58:33No, I really did.
00:58:34I liked it.

00:58:41We are not going to do touch-ups over there.
00:58:42Girl, we need to do my business.
00:58:43Girl, please.
00:58:45Y'all are so shady.
00:58:45Look underneath my eyes.
00:58:46Y'all didn't tell me nothing.
00:58:48I still don't see it.
00:58:50I also had a full glass of tequila, so.
00:58:52Oh, my gosh.
00:58:54You're coming for me, man.
00:58:54I'm coming.
00:59:04Welcome back, ladies.
00:59:06All season long, you've worked your big old booties off.
00:59:11And each of you has more than earned your spot on this stage tonight.
00:59:18The time has come for you to lip-sync for your life.
00:59:51Ladies, I've made my decision.
00:59:55Tonight, I've decided to eliminate no one.
01:00:11All four of you are moving forward to the grand finale of RuPaul's Drag Race.
01:00:19How do you like them apples?
01:00:20I love them, girl.
01:00:22Ooh, they're real sweet.
01:00:23My top four queens.
01:00:26The race has never been so close.
01:00:29Now, remember, if you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?
01:00:34Can I get an amen up in here?
01:00:36Amen.
01:00:37Can I get a whoop-whoop?
01:00:39Can I get a Sheena already and her hair herses?
01:00:42Sheena already and her hair herses!
01:00:44All right, now let the music play.
01:00:54I've learned a lot about myself.
01:00:59The body is here, bitches!
01:01:03Trinity.
01:01:04I wrote, holy s***.
01:01:06Just perfect.
01:01:08I came into this thinking that I knew everything about drag.
01:01:12You have a very serious, like, bitch.
01:01:15I've got 50 units of Botox in my face.
01:01:18I don't know what y'all want from me.
01:01:22Through this journey, I loved the challenge of creating some really amazing looks.
01:01:30You being a pageant queen, you weren't afraid to be ugly.
01:01:38I was able to meet some incredible people that now are my family.
01:01:44It's taken a lot for me to open up to people.
01:01:49And it's been incredible.
01:01:53I'm just grateful for this opportunity to have been on this journey.
01:01:57But have seriously changed my life.
01:02:04The biggest thing that I've learned about myself through this process is that
01:02:08when I put my mind to it, I can really, really achieve
01:02:12a lot more than I expected.
01:02:15My journey during the competition, it was unlike anything I've ever done before.
01:02:19Hey!
01:02:23Peppermint, you are beautiful.
01:02:26You don't have to worry about being gorgeous.
01:02:28You are already gorgeous.
01:02:30Peppermint, you are beautiful.
01:02:31I've learned so much and I think I definitely have grown.
01:02:35Peppermint, what words of wisdom would you share with your four-year-old self?
01:02:41Everything you feel on the inside is right.
01:02:46Don't wait to express it because the moment you realize that, everyone else will.
01:02:56I met some great girls and I made some great friends.
01:03:02I have absolutely no regrets and I'm really proud.
01:03:07I'm really happy at what I achieved.
01:03:12This was an intense experience, especially as a weird, non-conventional artsy queen.
01:03:26Sasha, so stunning, so stunning.
01:03:31Going through this journey has taught me so much about myself.
01:03:38Sasha Velour.
01:03:39Slam dunk.
01:03:40I'm loving seeing this other side of you.
01:03:44I've realized that my perspective on drag comes through and I don't need to sell it so hard.
01:03:49I don't need to explain it all the time.
01:03:52And that is a position of power that I've never felt before.
01:03:59I'd kai kai with you, darling.
01:04:02I don't think I expected to make friends at all here.
01:04:05Because we could not be more dissimilar in terms of our styles of drag.
01:04:13And yet we still get each other.
01:04:17I feel really deeply connected to these amazingly talented queens.
01:04:28Being one of the top four girls is a dream come true.
01:04:36My name is Shea Coulee and I didn't come to play.
01:04:39I came to slay.
01:04:41Shea Coulee.
01:04:43You have a beautiful face.
01:04:47You remind me of Grace Jones, the way that you walk in.
01:04:52Shea Coulee.
01:04:53Coming into this competition, I knew that it was going to be the hardest, most challenging
01:04:59experience of my life.
01:05:03But I knew that I could do it if I just put my mind to it.
01:05:09And being here, doing all these hard-ass challenges, it has allowed me to really enjoy being a drag queen.
01:05:21We'll pop off this fake boo-boo time, bitch.
01:05:25Having the personal win of being able to excel at all these challenges.
01:05:34That is a really major accomplishment.
01:05:40I just want to own it and be the star that I always knew that I could be.
01:06:04I don't even know where to start.
01:06:10How do I open this bag?
01:06:24This is a pretty dress I didn't wear.
01:06:27A little mint number.
01:06:35Oh my god, how in the hell was I able to fit all this in one suitcase?
01:06:41I swear to god.
01:06:43All the young trans people who are inspired enough to do drag or already do drag.
01:06:51Drag can be for anybody and it's definitely for you.
01:06:56There is room in this world for so many different types of beauty, so many different types of drag.
01:07:02And it's our job as people who can think of new ways to go about those things to go for
01:07:09it.
01:07:10It doesn't matter how much experience you have with drag or how old you are.
01:07:13Just work really hard and stay focused.
01:07:17Stay true to yourself and listen to your heart.
01:07:20Fully commit to your dreams because if you don't do things or you prevent yourself from
01:07:30doing things out of fear, you'll only live to regret it.
01:07:56You know, life is going to throw you curveballs left and right and there's always obstacles for
01:08:04everybody.
01:08:04But it's not really necessarily about all the wins, it's more about the journey along the way.
01:08:09I followed my dreams and it got me all the way here.
01:08:12So if there's anything that you want to do regardless of how crazy or wild it may seem to like
01:08:18anybody else in the world, just go for it.
01:08:22All these experiences really just gets you all the way around the circle to become the person that
01:08:29you are always meant to be.
01:08:31Just be in the moment and then keep being
01:08:35confidently weird because there's real, real power in that.
01:08:47Yay, we're happy.
01:08:57Oh, look it's you.
01:09:05Bye.
01:09:09Oh, wait.
01:09:12See you at the finale.
01:09:14I just want to have you, bitch.
01:09:18Bye.
01:09:23Time for a bitch.
01:09:25See you at the finale.
01:09:29Now let's go home.
01:09:32Bye.
01:09:33Bye.
01:09:35Help us.
01:09:37Help us.
01:09:38Help us.
