00:00Right-click on Steam and click on Exit Steam.
00:05Go to the Steam folder, scroll down, select Steam, right-click it, click on Properties, click on Compatibility and check

00:21Click on Apply and click on OK. Remove your shortcuts and add this new shortcut.
