In this video, I'll show how to fix Steam games not launching, not opening, not running, not working.

01:32 Restart the PC

Open Steam
Click on Library
Click on Home
Right-click the game
Click on Properties
Click on Installed Files
Click on "Verify integrity of game files"
Wait for it to finish

Right-click the game
Click on Manage
Click on "Browse local files"
Find the game executable
Select it
Right-click it
Click on "Properties"
Click on "Compatibility"
Check the option "Run this program as administrator"
Click on Apply
Click on OK

Open your GPU graphic driver program
Check for driver updates

Open Windows Updates
Check for Windows updates

Open Steam
In the top corner, click on "Steam"
Click on Settings
Click on Downloads
Scroll the page down
In "Clear Download Cache", click on "Clear Cache"
Click on "Confirm"

Some games require specific software redistributables.
Right-click the game
Click on Manage
Click on Browse local files
Explore the game folder, for folders called "Redistributables", "Redist", "Setup", and similar names
Open the folder
Install the redistributables

After all this, make sure to restart your computer.

00:00Open Steam. Right-click in the game, click on Manage and click on Browse Local Files.
00:08Open the main game folder, find the game executable, select it, right-click it, click on Properties, click on Compatibility
