00:19A responding police officer jumped into action when he arrived
00:22and realized that Baumgartner didn't have a pulse.
00:24He immediately performed CPR.
00:26The mayor of Woodbridge, New Jersey, noted that, quote,
00:30he has every reason to believe that the first responder saved the victim's life.
00:34ABC7 knows that the 39-year-old victim's pulse returned
00:38and he became conscious as he was transported by ambulance
00:41to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
00:44He is expected to make a full recovery.
